Pros:

The kitchen utensils.

Cons:

The wrong description of the property, it says that it's a studio type with a pool view . But there's no pool to be seen. Only a building with ongoing construction. I have high expectations about the place but when I saw it , it was really disappointing.

Pros:

We arrived there after hiring a car and catching a ferry, travelling for hours... only to be met by the gate security guard, who would NOT let us in.
He could NOT get in touch with the owner, after half an hour trying to... so we could NOT stay there. And I have NOT been refunded for the stay.

Cons:

We did NOT STAY BECAUSE WE COULD NOT GET IN !!!

I felt SCAMMED!
Pros:

Nothing really... but the bed and a functioning fridge.

Beware of the picture that was posted on the booking site! Not recommendable. 👎
1. Room was untidy... lots of dead insects.
2. No running water from the kitchen faucets and the toilet. We used a bucket and a tabo to wash & flush.
3. Internet is very weak or no internet connection at all.
4. The manager/caretaker didn't show up even during check-in and check-out. They didn't even reply on my messages.
5. If you don't have a car, it is inconvenient to move around or go out of the place as the condo was located in the farthest part of the Kembali resort.
6. The beach is far from the condo unit. Around 30 minutes of uphill/downhill walk.
7. The pool that was shown in the picture is as far as the beach. I thought we can use the private pool, but to my surprise, you have to pay 800php per person to use the pool.

Near the water and ocean front view
Pros:

The scenery close to the water

Cons:

The unit we stayed in have NO running water, smell funky, bed sheet not clean, hard to connect to wifi and the power was out when we arrived
The owner known about the water issue for days yet didn’t even informed nor made any effort to move us to another unit.
The other condo owner also complained about the water issues and they installed separate water supply and paid with their own money
The place is still under construction and already falling apart.
The building is walls and ceiling are made of concrete but we could hear other people above us,
We checked out the next day, instead of 3 nights stay and that was the best thing about this vacation.
