Pros:

Das Frühstück, nettes Personal und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers, v.a. keine Teppiche drin! Sehr schöne und schlichte Einrichtung.

Nice location, and nice clean room.

Cons:

Unfortunately on check-out day you are not eligible to use the SPA and Wellness services. Good to know, so if there is another hotel that provides SPA and Wellness during your whole stay, then choose rather that one.

Regarding breakfast, if you like to wake up and have a breakfast early, then forget scrambled eggs and such tasty things, because it was not ready yet, not one day. And the waitress was barely speaking german/english, when we wanted to ask about scrambled eggs, or boiled eggs. We were not sure she understood us.

Pros:

Great place to stay in Pontresina. The room was spacious, modern, clean and convenient. The staff is friendly. The hotel has good breakfast. There is also parking, some places can be a bit tight.

Returning customer, we love the place and the reception staff. Everyone, and Regina is always willing to to give info and help. Spa complimentary use is also very nice.

Beautiful Family owned hotel in the picturesque town.
Pros:

We were positively surprised by how lovely this hotel is. The location is perfect, the facilities and staff are incredible. Small details matter, like the shuttle to the train station, little welcome sweets in the room, coffee machine, and nice bathrobes. Breakfast was delicious, and the bar was really great with a great vibe. I hope to go back soon.

I had a truly delightful stay at the Allegra Hotel in Pontresina. The hotel was charming, beautifully maintained, and offered a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the attention to detail really shows. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and service-minded, always making sure guests felt well taken care of. With its great location and inviting ambiance, it is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Pontresina. Highly recommended!
