Kritische Anregungen nimmt die Hotelmanagerin nicht ernsthaft entgegen: Dass am Donnerstag gegen Abend die Saunen nur für Damen offen sind, habe ich erst erfahren, als ich vorfreudig den Badge holen wollte. Antwort: Man solle halt tagsüber kommen und überhaupt sei es ja toll, dass man die Saunamöglichkeit habe. Weiter erhielt ich auf meinen Hinweis, im 2. Stock sei der Duschschlauch zu kurz, um ungehindert unter die Brause stehen zu können - sogar als kleiner Mensch -, die Antwort, ich solle eben nächstes Mal einen Stock höher buchen, da gäbe es Walk-in-Duschen. - Ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber nimmt Kritik professioneller auf!

Lift und Öv Benutzung inbegriffen in Zimmerpreis. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Love Pontresina, highly recommend it and the hotel was great with very helpful staff. Bonus was the Engadine pass.

Mir schmeckte das Frühstück sehr gut. Die Auswahl ist sehr angepasst und ich schätzte es, dass die Mengen nicht so riesig waren.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Mit dem Auto ist das Parken, wenn man nicht rechtzeitig bucht, recht umständlich (Parkhaus Mulin).
Das Personal wirkt kompetent und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

An und für sich nichts, ausser die Situation mit dem Parken war für mich nicht optimal.

5 star stay in Pontresina.
Pros:

Wonderful modern hotel setting with an excellent breakfast. Staff could not have been more helpful, onsite parking a big plus for us. Location is a 3 minute walk to the chairlift. Great shower and comfortable bed. This is a 5 star stay.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room.
