Pros:

The place was dirty, had black mould and grime. the kitchen was out of use and the whole flat smelt of damp. I would not book with them again.
Also our data was leaked as we received WhatsApp’s asking for bank details to confirm reservations which was a scam.

A Warm and Wonderful Stay!
Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay at this residence! The place is cozy, spotless, and well taken care of, creating a really comfortable atmosphere. But what made our experience truly special was the staff Riccardo and Fatjon were incredibly kind, always ready to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and relaxing stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Rush for checking out
Pros:

Room was big.

Cons:

We had check out at 10 AM. 15 minutes before the lady entered the room to check. That's not polite. Problems with the key also at the beginning.

L' appartamento non sarebbe male,non lontano dal centro,purtroppo alcune cose sono negative.eravamo in 4.
Accoglienza un po' scortese,era tardi ma ancora con 45 Min prima della chiusura.
Angolo cucina non funzionante.muffa Nella doccia.poi è successo un episodio un po' irritante siamo uscite per una passeggiata,fatto il giro dell' isolato circa 3 minuti, siamo rientrati un attimo per riprendere le giacche,e aprendo la porta abbiamo trovato il ragazzo del check-in al buio dentro l' appartamento,dietro la porta al buio .ci ha spaventato,lui era evidentemente imbarazzato,ha fatto finta di sistemare la tenda e è andato via di fretta.capisco che devono avere il passepartout, però!!!!!per la colazione ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con la macchinetta a monete.

Was very disappointed
Pros:

The layout of the room was nice.

Cons:

The staff was very rude. At first, everything was going smoothly until we noticed in the room what appeared to be mold or a stain. We informed the guy that was on site. He was very rude from us, just mentioning the room was not clean. He proceeded to blame us for the room not being clean. Since we wanted to check in. Mind you, we wanted the check-in at 2pm, which is when the website and the door of the hotel state that check-in starts at 2pm. We asked the guy to clean the spots at least, which at first he told us no its fine. We asked again, and finally, he did clean it. While he cleaned it, he was blaming us for him being hungry and that it is our fault he can't eat now. We tried to just move past the incident and thanked him for cleaning it. We tried to enjoy our day out in Florence. When we came back to the hotel that night, we noticed that someone had gone through our bags and moved all of the couch cushions. After this incident, we felt very uneasy staying the night in this hotel.

Rude guy that opened the door. He smells awful
bad hygiene odor. Probably hasn’t shower since 2023

Room ok, let down by Manager
Pros:

The towels and toiletries were excellent. The room nice.

Cons:

The kiitchen cupboard facility was locked/unavailable. I understand the room wasn't advertised with kitchen facilities but this meant there was not even a water glass available. The manager was unforgiveably rude, and was angry when i followed the instructions of the email by checking the lockbox. He seemed to have a different method than the emailed instructions.
