A very relaxing experience.
Pros:

We had a 2 day vacation planned. We drove from Bangalore to Ooty but planned to stay at Winterfel. Right after the booking, Mukund, the property manager, helped me with the location and enquired about our preferences of food and any special requests that we had. When we reached the location, we had a warm welcome by the staff. The location had a cool breeze flowing in. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and had a full sized bathtub. Hot water was available 24x7. We also enjoyed a bonfire at night with the owner of the property. The food was very tasteful and one can opt in for barbecue as well. The house is built in one of the most scenic places with a view of the horizon. We went with a plan to relax and we absolutely enjoyed it. This is a must visit location.
