Pros:

Прекрасно място. Домакините са страхотни, много е чисто, има чист басейн. Благодарим ви. 😊 На една минута от Автогара и на 5-6 минути от плажа.

Cons:

Нямаше чаши в стаята, и малки кърпи за лице.

Pros:

Апартаментът беше много просторен. Хотелът беше на пешеходно разстояние до центъра.

Cons:

Настаниха ни 20 минути след часа на настаняване упоменат в буукинг. В апартамента имаше странна миризма на оцет, която идваше от кухненските шкафове.

Pros:

Външното пространство р подходящо за почивка .

Cons:

Абсолютно никакво почистване ,басейна ужасно мръсен -пълен с боклуци .Прах в шкафовете . Кофата за боклук ,макар и пълна -не бе изхвърлена нито веднъж.

Pros:

Закуската беше на ниво,хареса ми ,че има кино вечери навън за децата ,може да се наемат колела под наем ,ползвахме опцията със синът ми ,за да се разходим из целият град.Персоналът е млад и любезен,в хотела е чисто и приятно.

Cons:

Спа центърът се заплаща,вечер в банята миришеше на канализация ,но не е нещо кой знае какво ,както се пусне вентилаторчето в банята.

Good stay, but nothing special
Pros:

The food was pretty good. The pool was nice and big enough. Even the standard double room was pretty big. Every day we got fresh towels, which is unnecessary, but a nice luxury.

Cons:

The pictures look a lot nicer than in real life. It looks as if it hasn't been maintained that well. I can imagine a few years ago it was top notch.

The worst hotel in Bulgaria I have ever been, please don’t go there .
Pros:

I booked as it has big appointments with 2 bedrooms to accommodate 2 adults and 3 young children.

Cons:

They don’t clean the rooms. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, our bedsheets wasn’t changed at all during our stay . I had to ask the cleaning lady on day 3 to change our bath towels as they were all dirty and she did change bath towels one more time on day 6 . She was only coming to empty the bin and ashtray from the balcony. The floor was very dirty , covered in sand from the beach and wasn’t clean even once . Some days I had to find the cleaning lady to give her our rubbish as she wasn’t coming to the room . They don’t provide with a towel to put on the floor at the bathroom and gets very slippery as the water comes out of the shower. 2 of my kids has slipped out in the bathroom and got hurt. Shower itself very dirty and mouldy . We were half board ( breakfast and dinner) they didn’t offer much choice at the buffet, the food was most of the time the same . I did had meat balls for dinner few times and they had bones in it . There wasn’t any choice on the dessert , every day the same , we were allowed only on cheap hot drinks from coffee machine , water and fruit juice from machines too . The staff were very young not qualified, they were speaking another language, not very polite . Also staff were vaping at the restaurant during their shift, which I found very unprofessional. One evening as we were going to the restaurant for dinner we found out there would be a private party at the open area and all tables and chairs were collected for the party. I couldn’t find a table to sit down for dinner with my partner and 3 kids . Then I saw the table were the staff were setting and ask if the can bring me more chairs to have dinner there . The young boy who was on shift said to me sorry we have a party and don’t have any chairs available. Then I ask for a manager or supervisor to talk with, unfortunately there wasn’t any of them at the time and he brought me receptionist to find chairs for my family. This was unacceptable behaviour, I was very disappointed.

Не сме особено доволни
Pros:

Локацията е точно на главният път на влизане към Приморско. Много удобен паркинг. Кухнята беше много добра с вкусни и разнообразно ястия

Cons:

Стаите не са достатъчно чисти, камериерката не почисти стаята ни, като извинението беше, че “няма време”.
Персоналът не е особено любезен
