We loved our stay. It was cosy and comfortable. Staff were great and assisted us where they could. Value for money.
Pros:

It was clean tidy and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Just one night no one on duty spoke English and it was hard to get a recommendation for somewhere to eat with my wife’s allergies.

Cons:

More USB outlets in the rooms would have helped. Some food options later in the day would help, we were very tired when we arrived and then had to go and find something to eat.

Cons:

All filters for the air conditioner, fan, and de/humidifier were all filthy! And my husband had to clean them for them to work properly.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super: Zur Hakata Station läuft man nur etwa sieben Minuten und von dort aus erreicht man die wichtigsten Ziele schnell und unkompliziert. Gleichzeitig ist die Umgebung angenehm ruhig.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das gesamte Hotel ausgesprochen sauber. Das Zimmer ist zwar eher klein, aber modern, gut durchdacht und deutlich zeitgemäßer als viele andere Hotelzimmer, die wir in Japan kennengelernt haben. Besonders die große, moderne Dusche hat uns positiv überrascht. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Bett, ein großes Fenster und ausreichend Platz für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt.
Täglich wurden frische Handtücher bereitgestellt. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Great hotel with a little sagging bed.

The bed is a little sagging. The space of room is small. There’s only one chair in double room. Maybe it’s the reason for the bed sagging.

The room was relatively dusty. The cleaning staff also do not refill toilet paper and tissue on a regular basis. The cleaning staff also lost a room key that was left in the room and the front desk staff thought it was my fault that post it and was about to charge me for it.

意外に駅に近い！
美味しいラーメン屋さん一双が近くにあります！
朝食、少ないながらも美味しかったです。

Cons:

バスタブがない！無ければ大浴場がほしかった。
部屋が個人的に狭く感じました。
コーヒーは朝食のみ使用可能でしたが、24時間使えるようにしておいてほしかった。
