Struttura MERAVIGLIOSA e colazione davvero incredibile!
Mai vista una varietà simile, ottima anche la cena nei 3 diversi ristoranti, in particolare molto gradita l’esperienza al ristorante giapponese. All’arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un’ottima accoglienza. Apprezzatissima l’attenzione ad evitare plastica, ottima raccolta differenziata nelle camere e sorprendente la disponibilità di distributori per l’acqua, bravissimi 👏🏻

Unica pecca la mancanza di almeno una piscina riscaldata e la spa davvero troppo piccola

By the price, excellence is an obligation, and its excellent.
Pros:

I would recommend. For the money paid, it is clear that the stay must be excellent, and it was. The staff is very friendly, the room is cleaned a couple of times a day, and the food is unstopable. It all falls under "obligation" for such an expensive stay, but there it was.

Cons:

Unfortunatelly, in a constant trial to let the clients have a good time, the Hotel does not set many rules, and count with the politeness of the guests. I witnessed customers setting their belongs in pool chairs for "reserving" it, but not even using that for literally days. It was just for the pleasure of having it reserved and available, while other guests had no place by the pool. I believe the hotel could set some basic 5 or 6 rules delivered during check-in.

I have enjoyed my stay at Iberostar.

I have enjoyed my stay at Iberostar.
Of course, if you will compare this to other 5 star places, where you have to pay several times more, you could find a difference, however I was renting a car and visited some other places on the island and I could say that Iberostar offers good value for money.
The territory is much bigger than you can see on the map or pictures and although there are many guests, you still can find a place where to land near the pool or in the most public places.
You have to walk in between levels and for me it’s a plus. I prefer places like this as opposed to those where you don't have to walk much.
It lays on the beach with turquoise water and a nice whisper of the ocean and I enjoyed the room facing the ocean.
I loved freshly cooked food and the seafood was at the very top. Big selection of smoothies and fresh juices, delicious vegan food. New selections and options every day.
I had “all inclusive” option and could recommend this to anyone.

Cons:

What could be improved from my point of view:
Bring some more personnel who speaks English that might help your English-speaking guests.
Ask employees to respect “do not disturb” sigh.
The ground floor is unprotected from the people walking around. Once a stranger was sitting on my terrace and I had to ask him to leave.
Restrooms near the restaurant smells very badly.
There was quite much garbage on the first floor on the grass and sides of the corridor during whole my stay, while other places were very properly cleaned.
Water filters might require service because the quality of the drinking water near my room was not too good.
It was challenging to reach reception over the phone or e-mail before and during my trip, while on application they answer right away.
Traveler, get your Iberostar application before you come, it will easy your communication with the Hotel.

Great location right on a beautiful beach and natural reserve

Very friendly and attentive staff
Top buffet for breakfast and dinner
Prestige area gives a little more privacy
Teppaniaky restaurant is top and included in half-board

Cons:

We were not very lucky with the weather as we were hit by spring storm Theresa during our stay and that part of the island can become very windy (50-70 km/h) during storm conditions

You have to book the smaller restaurants (2) well in advance, as they are in demand and are included in the half-board

- Bathroom issues: Low water pressure, lukewarm water, and an outdated drainage system.
- Lack of privacy: In poolside rooms, guests walk so close to your terrace/window that it feels like they are in your room.
- 5-star inconsistencies: Charging extra for a very basic/small Spa and not including soft drinks at dinner felt stingy for a high-end hotel.
- Even though the hotel is in Spain, I was given a birthday card in German, which was quite a strange and confusing touch.

Die Lage und die Gestaltung der öffentlichen Bereiche (vor allem Terrassen und Poolebene).

Cons:

Due Technik war ausgefallen (dafür kann natürlich niemand), aber dadurch hatten wir überhaupt keine richtige Begrüßung. Auch eine Flasche Sekt auf dem Zimmer wie in den Vorjahren fehlte (aber vielleicht wurde das gestrichen).

Tolle Lage, hervorragendes Essen und sehr freundlicher Service.

Cons:

Liegenbelegung schon vor dem Frühstück insbesondere im sogenannten Star-Prestige-Bereich einem 5-Sterne-Haus nicht angemessen und unangenehm. Relativ einfache Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon bei Star-Prestige.

Très belle île avec beaucoup de vent
Pros:

Hôtel digne d'un 5* : chambre standard spacieuse avec balcon et vue latérale sur mer, même pour 3 adultes (32 m2). Lits confortables, salle de bain équipée de douche effet pluie. L'eau potable est filtrée et disponible gratuitement pendant tout notre séjour. Les repas sont servis sous forme de buffet et de très bonne qualité. La nourriture est variée et ne se répète presque pas d'un jour sur l'autre. Le petit-déjeuner servi est fabuleux. Dommage que le café est un peu quelconque, comme celui qu'on trouve dans les distributeurs payants des lieux publics. La plage de sable fin est immense (25 km de long ! ). Beaucoup de vent (d'où le nom de Fuerteventura) qui nous rafraîchit. Surtout qu'on est en mars, donc pas question de se baigner.

Il manque un bon café au petit-déjeuner

Wspaniała lokalizacja na wzgórzu z pięknym widokiem na ocean.Hotel jest świeżo po remoncie i wygląda niesamowicie.Dostalismy upgrade do pokoju :dwupokojowa suite z ogromnym balkonem-widokiem na ocean,designerskie wnętrze,bardzo gustowne,ogromna łazienka.W części sypialnej wielkie łóżko i wanna do dyspozycji.Wyjatkowo dobre jedzenie,codzienne inne potrawy,szczególnie polecam stacje z makaronami oraz risotto.Codziennie serwowane sa owoce morza,bywają ostrygi,homar czy kawior.Na śniadanie świeżo wyciskane rozmaite soki,świeże guacamole,regionalne sery i wędliny i oczywiście bajka we wszystkich postaciach.Bardzo dobra selekcja win i alkoholi w all inclusive,marki premium.W całym hotelu unosi się przepiękny zapach,jest mnóstwo pięknych sof ,foteli i miejsc do siedzenia .Na basenie leżaki z grubymi materacami,na wyposażeniu pokoi sa też bardzo gustowne koszyki w które można spakować ręczniki i rzeczy do wyjścia na basen.W barze nie czeka się praktycznie w ogóle na obsługę,drinki podawane sa bardzo szybko.Swietna obsługa recepcji.

Woda w basenie jednak nie była taka zimna, dopłata star prestige była strzałem w dziesiątkę . Hotel urządzony z ogromnym smakiem, obsługa bardzo miła , jedzenie naprawdę dobre. Polecam ten hotel.

Schönster Urlaub den wir bisher hatten

Es war alles traumhaft schön. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Das Personal war mehr als freundlich. Die Auswahl am Frühstück und am Abendessen war so unglaublich groß, dass man am besten alles von allem probieren wollte. Die Freizeitangebote, wie zum Beispiel das Beachyoga oder Tai Chi im Wasser, waren außerordentlich toll. Ich möchte mich nochmal herzlich für die netten Mitarbeiter bedanken! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!
