A heritage property with modern amenities but has retained its classic timeless old world charm. The entire team were not only very welcoming, courteous but very helpful - sharing tips and local knowledge that we found very useful.
The food is sourced fresh from the garden and tasted absolutely amazing - with full credit to the chefs. The homemade pickles, jams and chutneys were delectable. What really stood out was the proactive approach of the front desk staff.
The rooms are beautifully furnished with colors that are pleasing and serene. For the bookworms, the hotel has a small library with an interesting collection. We enjoyed our dinners outside by the bonfire. The hotel is very conveniently located. We had a very comfortable stay and would love to return someday.

No hot water on the first day so we could not take a shower. The toilet flush system needs improvement.

The food was over spiced! There was a very limited selection! There was no continental food on the menu! Many foreign guests I made friends with during the course of the evening could not eat anything at dinner

Fantastic location, decor, facilities, and staff. Delicious food and service. I loved the outdoor bar and the bonfire at night. A very peaceful and relaxing stay but plenty to do nearby.

Well kept gardens . The lychee mango and jackfruit trees were a feast to the eyes . The morning breakfast was decent . The jams were fresh . The night cook was accommodating
The property was not prepared to receive us when we reached. . they claimed that they had no information . Rooms especially the bathrooms were not well mainatined . The faucet and the head shower did not work even though they upgraded one room to a suite. Beds were uncomfortable . Meal options limited and highly priced . The check out process was a nightmare . The staff did not know how to operate the card machine . We used the staff Paytm to remit the money . Overall staff attitude and service levels were abysmal . The price we paid for a one night stay given our experience was really not worth it
