The staff called me after 20 days of my booking and cancelled quadruple rooms and offered triple bed rooms of course with one extra bed, which is very unprofessional. But there is NO sanctity of online booking.

Very bad experience satying at this hotel- Rajalakshmi comforts ( rooms toilet roofs are leaking)
Pros:

there isn't any Room Service offered and the Room was not Clean & Toilet roof was leaving from another floor towards our Room, we had to bear the smell & leaking roof. The Charges were exorbitant, when we booked, it was not mentioned it's with AC/or No-AC, but the charges total for 2 night Rs,8500 included with AC was way high and not up to standard, Since no Breakfast offered, no Room service, no water Bottle (extra charges), no Saop, we had to call and get the service.

Cons:

The Hotel is offering very Bad Service, Rooms are not clean, sheets are not changed even after 2 days. There isn't any Room service or Breakfast offeredm when asked they give the menu card which has 2X the prices from outside hotels.
