Conveniently location to various locations
Pros:

Location is central between the beach and The Haeundae station. Vibrant area and we were not affected by any noise. Great to have our laundry done inside. There’s a laundrette and locker storage place on street level.

The following were excellent:
- location
- comfortable beds
- firm sofa
- ability to turn on many lights so the apartment was bright
- two thermostats - one for the bedroom and another for the living area
- aesthetically pleasing and beautifully decorated apartment

Cons:

Management issues
- Check-in was difficult as I did not receive the promised room passkey code until a Korean friend was able to call the management company about an hour after arrival and I was not receiving a response via the messaging platform.
- Booking was very confusing and filled with anxiety as I initially booked an apartment with Sienna Ambassador Residence through booking.com, but received an email confirmation stating I would be staying at Elbon the Stay which advertised cheaper rates. Since the address was the same, I decided to wait and see and post a review. However, until I physically arrived and entered the apartment unit, it was not clear whether I would be staying at the place I had initially booked or a different unit.

The apartment unit was not soundproof - you can hear people walking upstairs and every toilet flush.

Convenient location and comfortable stay
Pros:

Good and clear messages received even though there were no face to face interaction. Response was always fast and polite. Thank you.

Location near metro. In fact it's less than 3 minutes walk.

The place is clean and well-maintained. Got the street view instead of the sea view.

Cons:

Noisy neighbours from the 32nd floor. Always thumping on the floor past midnight. Also there's a smell either from the kitchen sink or bathroom. And we didn't cook at all.

We wanted to see what was at the top but was told it's not open.

Perfect place to stay in busan close to lots of eateries perfect place for tour pick ups . This place has all the amenities and easy access to every where . Will come back to stay again. Cheers
