Vending machine was a nightmare. Didn’t work when I needed it to. No staff in the evening. Only restaurant staff and cleaning in the whole period. No hosts.

Tolles Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

Wahnsinnig tolles Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl. Super herzliches Personal, das uns an einem Tag für unsere große Gruppe sogar ein früheres Frühstück ermöglicht hat. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchen könnte.

Cons:

No air conditioning, so I would not recommend it for summer. The number of parking spaces is significantly lower than the number of rooms, so external parking may be required. If you arrive after 17:00, no one is available at reception.
It is more of a B&B-style option, and in my view, very overpriced for the value offered.

La chambre était très confortable.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et varié.
Le fait de ne pas être accueilli par du personnel m'inquiétait un peu, en cas de problème. Les vidéos que j'avais visionnées sur le site de l'hôtel m'ont bien aidée et rassurée. Une borne à l'entrée de l'hôtel est prévue pour apporter de l'aide aux clients.

Cons:

Quand j'étais à la recherche d'un hôtel à Bamberg, j'ai coché le filtre "parking". Le parking de l'hôtel ne compte en fait que 4 places. Selon moi, il ne devrait pas être indiqué qu'il existe une possibilité de stationnement sur place.
Sur le site de l'hôtel, une vidéo propose un parking souterrain à proximité. Il faut prévoir 18 euros pour une nuit de stationnement.

Check-in war auch super

Cons:

Zimmertür geht direkt in den Innenhof und war sehr hellhörig, sodass wir nachts öfters aufgewacht sind
Es gibt nur 4 Parkplätze und in den Straßen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung nur Anwohnerparken

Pros:

Gute Lage, um das Zentrum zu Fuss zu erreichen. Gutes P/L Verhältnis.

Cons:

Es gibt nur ein Fenster, das ungewöhnlicherweise am Durchgang ist. Abends / nachts hört man daher andere Gäste, die im Innenhof sitzen.
Keine Rezeption, was vorab bekannt war. Allerdings war nicht gleich klar, dass man mit der PIN direkt an der Zimmertür einchecken kann. Das könnte man besser kommunizieren.
