Lovely stay away from the crowds
Pros:

We had such a great time here! The family room on the top floor was fabulous. Super clean place, amazing views, very friendly staff, and a tasty breakfast. Wouldn’t bring a car here due to very limited parking. Bus 11/P from La Spezia stops really close to the hotel or you can book a shuttle. The hotel is walking distance to downtown area, local beaches and a supermarket, and it’s also an easy ferry ride to the Cinque Terre villages. A/C in the room worked great. This was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time!!

Cons:

Rooms, and especially the bathrooms, are on the smaller side but comfortable and well maintained!

Lovely hotel welcoming staff would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Portovenere.to anyone wanting to stay in Porto
Pros:

Everything - the rooms are comfortable and spacious and modern
Bed was very comfortable with quality linen
Location was excellent
Car park available on request which is a huge bonus in this area
Hotel had a wine bar open all hours with a lovely area to relax with a drink
Breakfast was superb
So close to restaurants

We throughly enjoyed our peaceful stay here and would highly recommend it!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel overlooking the water! It was just a short walk to the town center. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean.

Cons:

We had 2 triple rooms during our stay as the room we booked wasn’t available when we arrived. One had a single bed almost at the foot of our double bed. They did however provide another room for our adult son at no extra charge for that night. The room we booked had our son upstairs in one of the single beds. The bathroom was quite small in that room. The view of the water and harbor out of our window was amazing!
Breakfast was great and the dining room and patio views can’t be beat!!
