Kényelmes, tiszta.
Pros:

Rendben volt a szállás. Kemény az ágy és ez nagyon fontos volt, hogy kényelmes legyen. Tisztaság volt, jó hogy zuhanzó van.

Pros:

Kedves segítőkész személyzet.Gyors bejelentkezés. Extra tisztaság. Kényelmes ágy. Nagyon jó környéken van ,minden van a közelben.

Pros:

I really liked the apartment. It is very comfortable, modern, warm, and well equipped with good kitchen appliances. Everything is very clean and pleasant.

Cons:

The only small issue is that the walls are quite thin, so you can hear what is happening in the neighboring apartments. However, if you are a good sleeper, this is not a problem.

Pros:

El chico de recepción fue muy amable y nos acompañó hasta el apartamento. El apartamento era amplio y cómodo, se encuentra en una zona tranquila y el edificio bastante nuevo. El metro está a 10 minutos y desde allí se llega al centro sin problema.

Good value for money
Pros:

The apartment was nice and clean, and the host was kind and helpful.

Cons:

The check-in procedure was the longest one we've ever experienced (our fault is that we sent our data 1.5 hours before check-in, so it wasn't seen; maybe it would be faster if we sent it earlier).
The only thing that we didn't like in the apartment is the pillows - the pillows are very thin.

Good and clean apartment, but I expected better service for this price.
Pros:

Spacious, clean and close to the metro.

Cons:

The hall entrance and the elevator was covered by food odor coming most likely from Lidl’s kitchen downstairs.

We stayed 4 nights and no one changed our sheets and towels.

I bottle of water would be nice, at least for the first night.

Disappointment at every level
Pros:

Location and infrastructure is perfect, close to metro station, there is a LIDL literally next door, a big mall a couple of minutes away. The bed was comfortable enough

Cons:

Everything that was inside: from the entrance, at which intercom was not working, we had been trying to reach the contact number for 15 minutes in order to get into the building. The room was not ready by our arrival, we had to leave the luggage and go for a walk. There is no WiFi - the network from the QR code does not exist, the host claimed it to be the problem with iPhones - I didn’t manage to find it with other devices either. Regarding the host, by the way - the only administrative person present was the cleaning lady, who did not speak a word of English - any interaction required either calling the host or playing pantomimes in order to get a kettle (which is the only one and also broken). The cleaning is not thorough, the was a thick layer of dust under the bed, which I had to breathe in. The table is not comfortable to eat/sit at.

Čisto i sve na svom mestu, blizu , nema buke pošto terasa gleda na šetalište

Tri dana bez grejanja u decembru!!! Radijatori hladni!!!Zvali ih i bili u kancelariji i ništa , rekli nam da uključimo klimu koja bruji celu noc iznad kreveta …. Baš razočarana , tražila sam drugi apartman i ništa…..

Pros:

Location is superb, apartments were clean. Tina is great, she made check in very easy for us and was very accommodating

Cons:

One apt needs a couple of minor fixes, but Tina assured us it was already scheduled so wouldn't be deducted from our deposit
