Pros:

Fijn dat je de auto makkelijk kon parkeren, ruime plaatsen en een ruime kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt, met wel vriendelijk personeel :)

Cons:

Bij inchecken kreeg ik een kamer toegewezen zonder balkon, terwijl ik met had geboekt. Is opgelost, maar wat er niet bij vermeld was: ze zijn een stuk aan het bijbouwen. Waardoor je niet lekker op het balkon kan zetten wegens de herrie. Volgens mij waren er nog genoeg kamers over aan de andere kant van het hotel met balkon.
Slecht bed, erg laag en niet comfortabel.
Restaurant op maandag gesloten, wat ik pas te horen kreeg NA het boeken.
Daarnaast onvriendelijk personeel, alsof het ze allemaal niet boeit hoe gasten zich voelen.. Ook met het uitchecken erg onvriendelijk. Jammer.
Gelukkig was het 1 nacht ivm doorreis maar een volgende keer zal ik zeker een ander kiezen.

Pros:

Een prachtig hotel, een familiezaak. Het restaurant is ook top: grote binnenzaal, groot terras met veel tafels en in de schaduw, rustige ligging aan de rand van Freiburg. De bediening gebeurt in traditionele klederdracht en op vlotte, professionele wijze. De gerechten die wij gegeten hebben, waren zeer lekker. Ook onze kamer was in orde en wij hadden een mooi terras met zelfs een schaduwplekje. Voor ons ideaal want het was zeer warm. Ook onze hond was zeer welkom. Eet- en drinkbakje voorzien op de kamer. Voor ons dus alles naar wens.
