The family room was a very good size for our family. Good location close to a mall.

There was a bad smell coming from the drain in our shower & it didn't drain properly.

Pros:

Staff was excellent , from doorman/security and in particular the receptionist Wie !

Cons:

1 _ In room safe was not bolted down,
2_ Shower drain was slow and would overflow from the shower area
3_ No cable or free TV available without a subscription
