Pros:

Prettig verblijf in een mooie wijk
Pros:

Een onwijs vriendelijk ontvangst bij de receptie, ook de andere momenten was er altijd vriendelijk goed engels sprekend personeel. Prima kamers, ruim en netjes. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad, we waren de enige. Dat was erg netjes en schoon en fijn om even af te koelen. Ook ontbijt op de vierde was goed geregeld. Prima locatie, voelde we ons erg veilig.

Cons:

Naast het zwembad was er ook een warme kamer, met de steentjes, die stonk echt gigantisch naar ontlasting. En de helft van de delen waren zo erg warm dat je jezelf eraan kon verbranden.

The position is really good, only a few minutes from the Registan. The pool is a great extra service especially in summer.

The location is very near to all major attractions, near by restaurants, the rooms are very spacious plus the breakfast

The camera was beautiful, the hotel looks premium.
Good pool, good sauna and good breakfast.

Cons:

We arrived at 8:30 PM and asked about access to the pool, but the staff simply laughed at us. At that time, none of the hotel facilities or services were available, which was disappointing.

Later, around 9:30 PM, I asked the reception desk about laundry service for the following day. The receptionist initially responded rather abruptly and said it was not possible, only to change his answer a few minutes later and confirm that it could be done. We were told the laundry would be ready by 4:00 PM the next day. However, when we arrived at 4:10 PM to collect it, it was still unavailable. As a result, I wasted money on a taxi due to the hotel's poor organization and communication.

To make matters worse, the bathroom in our room had a strong sewer odor throughout our stay. This was extremely unpleasant and far below the standard one would expect from a premium hotel.
