Not up to standards
Pros:

The camera was beautiful, the hotel looks premium.
Good pool, good sauna and good breakfast.

Cons:

We arrived at 8:30 PM and asked about access to the pool, but the staff simply laughed at us. At that time, none of the hotel facilities or services were available, which was disappointing.

Later, around 9:30 PM, I asked the reception desk about laundry service for the following day. The receptionist initially responded rather abruptly and said it was not possible, only to change his answer a few minutes later and confirm that it could be done. We were told the laundry would be ready by 4:00 PM the next day. However, when we arrived at 4:10 PM to collect it, it was still unavailable. As a result, I wasted money on a taxi due to the hotel's poor organization and communication.

To make matters worse, the bathroom in our room had a strong sewer odor throughout our stay. This was extremely unpleasant and far below the standard one would expect from a premium hotel.

Сауна отличная главное ее распарить до максимума. Есть капучино - надо заказывать на стойке. Хорошее расположение, приятная парковая аллея, недалеко от центра

Cons:

Скромный завтрак, стены облезлые, изголовье кровати никакое, вид из окна 2 этажа на внутренний двор - металлические ограждения, в ванной между раковиной и ванной стеклянное ограждение - все равно все лилось на пол. Хаммам не понравился. Цена - качество не соответствует

Pros:

The staff at the reception were excellent. They helped us with calling the hospital, arranging a hammam and were so friendly, kind and professional.
The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel could not be better. Very close to the tourist attractions, restaurants and shops.

При заселении в номере была грязная урна. Очень маленький номер. Завтрак, как в столовой. Сами блюда не подписаны. Не вкусно. Ресепшен работал прекрасно.

Из плюсов могу отметить прекрасное расположение и просторный номер) На этом плюсы заканчиваются и все остальное не соответствует заявленному уровню отеля)

Cons:

1. Смыв в раковине/душе. Судя по отзывам, это распространенная и давняя проблема, но с этим ничего не делают и не собираются ) Чтобы вода не выливалась из раковины ее нужно периодически выключать.
2. Постельное белье с пятнами, да не так критично, видно, что стирали и оно формально чистое.... но для отеля 5 звезд просто неприемлемо.
3. Завтрак.... Вкусные бананы и сыр. Остальное холодное, невкусное и тд, пополнять пустые тарелки тоже не сильно торопятся, хотя стараются) И кофе, он один из худших (после кофейни Bon), который я пила в Узбекистане, но тут на вкус и цвет.

Комфортные матрасы, просторный номер

Отпала подсветка от зеркала в ванной, торчащие провода не кажутся безопасным рядом с водой… персонал старался быть участливым, однако никто так и не пришел уладить проблему, провода остались торчащими и зубы мы чистили в ванной… очень странное отношение к гостям: забота на показ…

The cost which the secretary requested was not match with in the site.
Pros:

I liked the location which was in the center of the city.

Cons:

While I arrived the hotel and I wanted to pay the money in cash, the secretary asked me double. He said it was for tax and so on. After arguing about this, I canceled that hotel and find a better hotel with half cost.

Pros:

Отель расположен на центральном проспекте. В 20 минутах ходьбы от Регистана. Мне показалось, немного дороговато.. Но это проблема всех хороших отелей в Самарканде. Завтрак неплохой, есть выход на открытую террасу. Есть СПА--центр с бассейном, сауной и хамамом. Воду обновляли каждый день, также меняли полотенца. Бронировали номер на двоих, но жили в четврехместном)). Персонал очень дружелюбный и приветливый.

Cons:

Был небольшой запах канализации в ванной.

Cons:

Во первых в номере холодно, кондиционер работает только на вентиляцию. Принять душ не возможно, замерзаешь моментом. Завтрак отвратительный: салаты воняют не первой свежестью, такое ощущение как будто позавчера они были свежие и заправили майонезом чтобы перебить запах. Из всего предложенного на завтрак только кашу поели.
