According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A hospedagem foi razoável. O hotel cumpriu os horários informados (check-in a partir das 14h e check-out até 12h), porém acabei chegando apenas às 18h e, na prática, utilizei pouco tempo da diária. Isso acabou reduzindo bastante o custo-benefício da estadia. Sugiro mais flexibilidade ou opções melhores de late check-out para quem chega mais tarde. No geral, a estrutura é boa, mas a experiência poderia ser melhor.

Gostei da configuração, da limpeza, da localização, da maioria dos funcionários, o café da manhã, tudo foi perfeito!

Cons:

O único ponto negativo foi a verificação do café da manhã, uma funcionária foi conferir nosso quarto, repetimos o número 3x, ela não entendeu, mandou outro funcionário, depois ficamos nos sentindo pressionados porque ela ficou encarando! Como se não houvesse acesso para nós, mas eu sempre me certifico de reservar hotéis com café da manhã incluso, então conferi na recepção e estava tudo certo! Foi um pouco constrangedor, foi uma abordagem estranha, mas tudo bem!
