Get place and prime location… NO BED BUGS…

There is black mold in the bathroom and it smelled like mildew.

The bedroom could use a vent to be the same temperature as the common areas. The bed sheets could have been washed better.

There’s no hangers to dry your clothing.

However we did get locked out and they helped us get a spare.

The location is great and we enjoyed this place in the heart of Paris. There are two bathrooms with showers and a nice kitchenette that was a big asset. The door to the building is very difficult to open and close and makes a loud scraping noise. One of the couches was quite broken (if you lean on the arms they give way!). The stairs are many and very steep, narrow, and sometimes the ceiling is low enough that you have to duck to avoid injury. It is not easy to get luggage up to the unit and only very able-bodied people should rent this place.

What can I say. I don't know where to begin or end. The host gave us dirty sheets. When we asked for new (A tedious call through dial tree) they were very rude - Told us, it was a 2-person appartment. They sold it to us as a four person and It had a sleeping couch. Very nasty. They came with clean sheets but forgot the pillowcases. They did this again the next day. They left us new dirty sheets. They will try to trick you - I can't believe they are allowed on hotels.dk

The staircase are very very difficult to go up, is a good area but the entrance woth luggage is a mission. When you open the door is the trash and stairs. Other than taht you are 15mnts walk from notredame , if I had seen the facilities prior, I'll probably will have not booked.

Do not stay here!! Look anywhere else!!

From start there was a prompt end. No check in rules followed, at check in time (4pm) room was not ready and I was left no choice but to go somewhere else as was informed room would be at least another 90 minutes to be ready. After flying internationally with family (including small children) this is definitely not the place to stay. No verified communications and poor professionalism.

I love the room upstairs though the ceiling is low. The winding stairs is kinda hard because it is all the way to the 4th floor.

I stayed for 5 nights and I didn’t like the property at all. I stayed in the 4th apartment; I had to claim up 71 stairs (smallest stairs I have ever seen) with luggage. No Wi-Fi for 2 days and TV didn’t work for the whole time I stayed. They have hidden fees like security deposit. Save yourself some stress; find another place to stay.

Very good location, shopping areas and restaurants around the location.
Access to the apartment is very bad, it has stairs that are dangerous with suitcases and children.
The common stair area is quite dirty.
Too much heat on the floor, it has fans that become insufficient.
I would look for other options to stay in Paris.
