Clean, comfortable and quiet. Great host.
Pros:

Beautiful and clean room, comfortable bed and tea/coffee available, big bathroom, everything was new and clean. The host was a delight.

Pros:

Location was perfect. Lisa was perfection to deal with. Entrance was completely simple. Shower was lovely as was the bed. Lovely and quiet. Spotlessly clean. Price was very fair compared to the surrounding places. All amenities necessary with in a minute or 2 walk. Top notch.

Cons:

I couldn't get terrestrial channels on TV. Just wanted to watch the World Cup. Usually I wouldn't need a TV though! Not a big deal really.

Pros:

Fabulous location to Wexford town. Didn't have to drive once we arrived. Great bathroom and plenty of towels etc. We arrived during the heatwave and Lisa made sure we had plenty of towels, extra sheets etc for changing as it was so warm. Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa and the staff. WiFi was great!

Cons:

Only thing we weren't overly keen on was the bathroom window as it was right on the street with people passing by. Maybe a roller blind or something to pull down for a little more privacy as only a net curtain on the window at present. Windows are frosted but you can hear and see people passing by, especially if window open.
