Una gran decepción
Cons:

Nos alojamos a principios de abril. Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación grande, bonita y con vistas a las “Pamukkale travertines”. Sobre las 22:00 se quedó atascada la cisterna y no era posible desengancharla, por lo que no iba el váter. Nos cambiaron a una habitación sin vistas y el internet wifi no funcionaba. Cuando reclamamos otra vez nos decía el hombre de recepción que no tenía más alternativas. Como no estábamos convencidos, al final nos dijo que probáramos el wifi en un par de habitaciones más que estaban vacías, pero esa red wifi no funcionaba en ninguna de esas habitaciones. Al final, con mala cara nos subió a la ultima planta a otra habitación mucho más pequeña y sin vistas. En principio funcionaba el wifi, pero en cuestión de media hora dejó de ir. A las doce de la noche cuando fuimos a utilizar el váter nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que la cisterna estaba desarmada y que tampoco funcionaba. A estas horas ya estábamos agotados después de mover 2 veces las maletas de habitaciones y que al día siguiente madrugábamos y teníamos que conducir todo el día y lo dejamos estar. Al día siguiente cuando hicimos el check-out el recepcionista solo hizo que ponernos excusas.

Las fotos son de tal cual estaba el baño en la última habitación que nos dieron.

En conclusión, lo que podría haber sido una estancia genial terminó siendo la peor que hemos tenido en años.

La ubicación es perfecta, el desayuno, las instalaciones todo excelente

Would totally recommend! Amazing stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and attentive, they helped us with directions every time we needed. The room was beautiful and huge, everything was very clean and breakfast was also nice.

Cons:

Viewpoint in the name of the hotel can be a bit misleading.

Pros:

The property is well located to Hieropolis and the town of Pamukkale. Easy 5-10 min walk. The staff is exceptional! They were there to help, make suggestions and help out . They did this cheerfully and with a smile.

Cons:

The property is well worn and could definitely use some sprucing up.

Pros:

Nos ha gustado mucho, para empezar la atención ha sido extraordinaria, la habitación es muy grande y las vistas de los globos al amanecer nos ha encantado y el desayuno es muy variado y muchisima cantidad. Ha sido una estancia perfecta.

1. 宣传照片都能看到棉花堡，结果楼上区域都不让上去
2. 房间很冷，只有空调下面区域是热的，开了很久的空调都没用
3. 热水壶盖都是坏的，里面还有不知道哪个房客剩下来的水，可能压根都没打扫
4. 设施很旧
5. 早餐虽然多，但是巨难吃
6. 压根就没有图片上宣传的那么好，隔音也很差

The price was good and rooms were great for a night stay, there is parking in front. Overall a good stay, the hosts are very friendly and happy to help.

Pros:

Medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Prachtige uitzicht naar de ballonen in de ochtend en travernes. Zwembad 24 uur geopend. Ontbijt heerlijk en veel, heer Ramazan en Mevrouw Hatice van keuken zorgt ervoor. Aanrader!!!

A small budget hotel near Pamukkale thermal pools
Pros:

Hotel is in a very convenient location to visit Pamukkale especially if you want to get there first thing in the morning to avoid the crowds. Breakfast in the dining room was very good and the pool looked clean and inviting although It was too cold to swim when we were there. In October.

Cons:

Hotel was a good value for the price, although the room was rather sparse and needs some updating.
