Pros:

Overall, the experience was good. The rooms were neat and clean, the food was tasty, and the staff was cooperative and well-behaved. However, there were some things I did not expect. Basic amenities like a kettle, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available in the room. This was disappointing, especially for a 3-star hotel.

Room too small and the breakfast was extremely disappointing.
Pros:

The lift worked and the lobby was spacious.

Cons:

The initial issue was that on the day of booking, the hotel took full payment. They did this WITHOUT permission from the cardholder. My bank is investigating this issue as I write.
Breakfast: this was supposed to be buffet style but, alas, the options were extremely limited [3 hot dishes, some toast, and one type of fruit. There was tea and coffee, but no juice choices. On the plus side, the staff recognised this issue and did provide some additional options on request.
The area around the hotel was very rundown - not the hotel's fault.
The staff seemed miserable and were forced to eat their meals in public areas.
The hotel is rated a 3* but barely makes it to a 2*.
Considering the competition in Rishikesh, the owner really needs to focus on quality, food, and customer service. All three were sadly lacking.

Manager attitude problem and not good envy overall
Pros:

Manager is not good resource and having attitude problem and no support received and overall experience is very pathetic and we will never recommend to anyone in my reference group.

Cons:

Manager behavioural approach is not good towards delegate and there is no welcome kit and there is no manpower and parking problem and no facility to stay driver and overall experience is very pathetic

Cozy and comfortable stay
Pros:

The rooms were neat and clean, breakfast and restaurant was good. Especially the restaurant staff were very sweet and patient. Hotel reception staff helped with taxi services also, though a little overpriced.

Cons:

We booked a family suite for 4 people, the room was a little small to fit all the luggage but otherwise it was cozy and comfortable. The hotel is a little hard to find, they have not placed sign boards on the way and entry is through narrow lanes so faced difficulty traveling with a tempo traveler size vehicle. Nevertheless, after multiple requests to send someone to guide us after we got lost on the way, the staff finally guided us to hotel.

Cosy comfortable stay at affordable price
Pros:

The hotel was neat and clean with all necessary amenities. The room was spacious. I liked the terrace from where one can get a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Although there are many hotels and buildings around this one, sometimes partially obstructing the view, overall it was fine. The food is also good at an affordable price. The staff is courteous and professional. It is situated at a walking distance from Laxman jhula which is a plus point.

Cons:

The approach road to the hotel is bumpy and one may get confused initially while reaching the hotel. It's a bit away from the main road.

Sub-par experience.
Pros:

Actually nothing, it was a sub-pleasure stay. Dirty linen, rude cafe staff and sub-par quality of food.

Cons:

Nothing, I had high expectations owing to photos on booking.com and the name carrying the word Premium, but the hotel was ill staffed, just 2 main people handling reception to housekeeping to baggage handling and the hotel was ill kempt.
