Pros:

A decent hotel at a decent price with a room that accommodates 2 adults + 2 kids.
The staff was good.

Cons:

The payment was required immediately after booking, not as advertised. I tried to reduce my stay by 1 day, but refund was denied. On Booking.com, the hotel advertises free cancellation upto 1 day before, but doesn't honour it! The hotel management also failed to respond to call/email from Booking.com customer service on this issue.

Had a tough time at the restaurant, with them claiming that my breakfast wasn't included, even after showing the confirmation email. Breakfast options were limited to 3 items only - paratha, upma & bread.

Pros:

Very nice property located at a walkable distance from all Major view points.Staffs were very friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. Really I enjoyed the trip.

Pros:

It looked right on paper on booking.com but not all pictures give a true story

Cons:

No hot water, broken kettle, breakfast was poor, noise of chanting started at 6:50am. But i could have lived with all that had they not decided to not honour my reservation!! The put Booking.com India (apparently) who claimed it was my fault because of no Form C... this is the form hoteliers & property owners submit details of visitors on for the Government... within 24 hrs of check-in! They then claimed they had booked me into a sister hotel! On visiting this hotel they assured me they had never heard of me!!
All lies!! So I booked done another hotel through Agoda!
