Echt zeer vriendelijk personeel, vanaf moment dat ik de boeking gedaan had tot eind heel goed geholpen en medewerking verleend. geen verzoekje was onmogelijk of teveel gevraagd. het was echt een luxe wat je van een 5 sterren hotel mag verwachten. Sterker nog, heb in meerdere 5 sterren hotels nachtjes doorgebracht maar geen 1 kwam dicht bij de service en vooral de vriendelijkheid van het personeel bij landgoed Lauswolt :)

Cons:

Er is niet veel als je met kind komt, niet erg hoor maar misschien voor in de toekomst speelhoekjes? zwembad wat meer opfleuren/moderniseren wellicht. was 'simple' in vergelijk met het luxe higher level waar deze 5 sterren hotel wel zit.

De bedoeling is goed maar er worden basisfouten gemaakt (zoals bedorven eten serveren)
Pros:

Leuke kamer upgrade.

Cons:

Melk van ontbijtbuffet was ver bedorven. Heeren van Harinxma maakte basisfouten (wel goed eten).

Heerlijk hotel met een goed restaurant gelegen aan de golfbaan.
Pros:

Het is een uitstekend goed hotel, geweldig ontbijt met zeer vriendelijk personeel. En de ligging aan de golfbaan is helemaal super. Vanuit deze locatie fietsen is top.

Cons:

Het hotel en de spa zijn een beetje gedateerd. En zou wel een upgrade kunnen gebruiken.

The hotel is fantastic. The staff is great and very accommodating. We’ve come to the property with a dog. Our room was prepared with two dog bowls, and dog treats. Great attention to detail on their part.

Not an unforgettable experience, but it was a pleasant stay, we would return.
Pros:

The location is beautiful. Perfect for dog owners or for people who enjoy a stroll in the nature, as the forest is very extensive.
The golf course is lovely.

Some staff were very friendly (special shoutout to Karim, who was lovely).

Cons:

The spa should be renovated. The steam room should be bigger, the gym room is a bit sad looking. They could have some lighter weights available. The majority of the toilets only had hand sanitizers (no sink with soap). There were no sauna/steam room appropriate towels and no spa slippers available at all (which should be in the rooms).

Some staff were a bit rude (the lady in charge of the breakfast). We came slightly late to our time slot, but still within the closing time and she didn’t even bother to offer us any coffee/tea, nor ask us if we wanted anything from the menu. We had to get the attention of a younger staff member who was very nice and helpful.

The Bistro has lovely food and we could have eaten there every day (very delicious). The Harinxma restaurant was not to our taste.

There were a few details that were missed from our initial request before arriving. Overall the service could improve to really make the stay unforgettable.
