Pros:

I have been cheated by Booking.com as no such hotel existed in chhatarpur enclave when i reached there , eventually i had to get my accomodation at some other place on my own as there was no phone number to reach out to the hotel reception or booking.com
I want my money back
This is a clear case of fraud
Request all to stay away from fab hotel booking as well as booking.com as they don't verify the place they show on their website

Cons:

The fact that there was no such hotel at chhatarpur enclave and I was defrauded of my booking amount, which I want to be returned by booking.com at the earliest

We have very poor experience during stay in hotel
Pros:

Ist The Attentand of hotel denied booking,when I show the confirmation of booking he explained that we have no room after arguents the he told that one is available but AC is not working properly since it is around 1.00A.M. there was no option to accept that room when we enter in the room,bathroom taps not proper very hard,no water in the room,no towel,after demanding water bottle noone come out ,bedsheets also very dirty we have nothing to say positive.

Pros:

I had a great stay at Qotel chattarpur . The staff were welcoming, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The common balcony was a great touch for relaxation. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to attractions. Highly recommend qotel for anyone visiting the area

Unhygienic. Disgusting.

Very disappointing

Cons:

This hotel lacks basic hygiene standards. There were small cockroach. Rooms did not have a window. Walls were dirty. The door could not be locked from outside. When I asked for a different room I was shown two rooms- one had a leaking AC and damp wall. In the other room the AC was not working. The staff are totally indifferent. When they were requested for the bathroom to be cleaned properly they said that they don’t have time.
