Pros:

Muy atento Samir. Nos recibio muy tarde . Nos guardo las maletas hasta nuestra partida . Muy amable. El desayuno variado y muy delicioso.

Понравилось всё! Начиная со встречи в аэропорту. Добродушные хозяева! Всё пожелания исполнялись незамедлительно. Номер был красивый, всё чисто . Завтраки сытные, очень вкусно. До центра Старой Бухары 5 минут. Хочется пожелать Gulnaraxanum Hotel дальнейшего процветания и расширения.

Отличный отель!
Pros:

Это самый уютный и атмосферный отель за всё наше пребывание в Узбекистане! Вкусные завтраки, даже приготовили сух паёк к нашему раннему отъезду. Прекрасный юноша менеджер отеля работает даже получше многих взрослых! Находиться здесь было одно удовольствие, вместе со всеми гостями отеля жили здесь как одна большая семья. Расположение идеальное, лучше и придумать нельзя!

Cons:

Очень жёсткие матрасы, но после длительных прогулок по городу и на таких можно выспаться

Нам больше всего понравилось то что гостиница находиться в центре Старого Города. Гостиница новая, номера чистые, кравати удобные, душевые кабины просто супер. Полотенца и постельное бельё все новые. Сотрудники все отзывчивые. Отдельное благодарность за вкусные и божественный завтрак. Спасибо всему персоналу а лично Хозяйке Гостиницы.

Обслуживание и внимательность персонала на высшем уровне. Оформление отеля в целом и каждого из номеров. Всё ухоженное. Чистота в номере. Наличие чайника в номере. Хорошие завтраки. Близость к центру. Уютно, атмосферно, аутентично.

Cons:

Неудобное расположение кондиционера относительно спального места.

Очень хорошее расположение. Центр старого города. Хорошая сантехника

Cons:

Отвратительный wifi, соответственно практически не работал ТВ, полотенца уже застиранные. Надо бы поменять. Матрац жёсткий, как на голых досках спишь.

I would not rebook this hotel
Pros:

Location and decoration of the room

Cons:

Bed really hard … too hard for me. Basic breakfast, no cold water available. Bathroom trash, full of shitty toilet paper (not allowed to drop in the toilet), was not emptied after the first night. Toilet paper roll almost at the end after the first night … but no spare one available in the room.

Best accommodation. Friendly hosts. Great location. Clean rooms. 10/10 for sure.
Pros:

This place is very close to the city centre and to all the major attractions. Just a minute's walk to reach Lyabi Khause Square. The hosts were amazing. Samirbek and his Mother were the best of all hosts. Samirbek was always there to help me with restaurants, attractions, and anything I needed, ensuring I truly enjoyed my stay. They even packed breakfast for me on the third day to eat on the train. Highly recommended!.

Cons:

Although there is a small road in front of the hotel where cars can pass, you may need to walk for a minute to reach your taxi. This is definitely not the hotel’s fault, but online taxi apps often show the wrong entrance. But Samirbek will help you, if he's around.
