Disappointed the spa was not working
Pros:

The property was in a great location. Very spacious

Cons:

I only chose this accomodation as it was my partner’s birthday and we wanted a spa. On the first night we ran the spa only to find out it did not work was turned off at main power breaker and the button was stuck in. When I notified the owner/pub I never got a return call. The cleaner when walking past said Jervois this the one the spa doe hit work I replied with yes only to be told oh well will have to get an electrician in next week. And never heard a thing about it again.

Nice, but not worth the price
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and central location

Cons:

Towels were hard and had a oily smell to them.
For a 2-storey place and the price, a water view would have been good.
Also, there was no 'folder' about the town house or local attractions - especially opening hours.

It needs a warn Shower
Pros:

Very spacious and comfortable. A full kitchen and BBQ if we were staying for moore than one night. Walking distance to cafes and Foodland, which are open on Public holidays.

Cons:

We wanted a townhouse so that my son and daughter will each have a bed. Somehow we were given the 5th Unit with two queen beds. The water temperature of the shower is constantly switching from hot to cold.

Lovely overnighter but would also suit a summer holiday.

The Apartment is a great size for couples or families. It has a well appointed kitchen with everything a traveler needs.

Cowell was a nice little town and the property is in the perfect location

Good but could be better.
Pros:

Quiet location off the Main Street
Well stocked kitchen

Cons:

Maintenance is needed - the sliding door to the deck didn’t slide, and the shower dripped all night
Bed and pillows were hard
Clear communication would have been helpful to let us know the keys are picked up from the pub - this would have saved us the confusion of driving up and down the Main Street looking for the apartments.

Great location. Lots of space. Lovely view. Everything we needed. Enjoyed the stay!

No communication about how to check in. It wasn’t Til I called that I was informed I needed to go to the pub. Unsure what would have happened if it were closed?
