Exceptional Stay – Upgraded Room, Fantastic Pool, and Amazing Staff

Everything about our stay was spot on! We were thrilled to receive a room upgrade, which gave us access to a very convenient and well-equipped kitchen. The space itself was great, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable—we slept like babies every night.

The pool area was another major highlight: super clean, relaxing, and a wonderful place to unwind. Above all, the staff were truly amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!

Pros:

Our apartment was great. The staff were fabulous in giving us an early check in and late check out.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was very disappointing. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Thailand and it’s one thing I normally really enjoy. It’s a shame because the rest of the hotel experience was great

The room was really big and the customer service from the staff was excellent
There’s a lot of amenities on the property and the poool is definitely a hit
Breakfast spread was really good with a lot of options

Bon hotel surtout pour plusieurs jours
Pros:

Belle piscine à l'étage, chambre spacieuse, assez bien agencé, mais il existe plusieurs types. Balcon apprecialbe et belle vue sur la ville. L'hotel dispose aussi d'un parking ce qui est appréciable lorsque vous venz en voiture comme c'était le cas pour moi.

L'accès aux étages des parking pas forcément évident si vous avez une grande voiture

Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Very close proximity to eateries and groceries.

Cons:

Quite a distance to walk to MRT Thonglor (10-15mins). Perhaps front desk crew could smile more :)
