Das Frühstück war gut, sehr freundliches Personal, auch wenn es mit der Sprache haperte ( vorwiegend ukrainisch) wir sind letztendlich klargekommen. Im Restaurant sehr gutes Essen

Die kommunikation (wie gesgt,fast nur ukrainisch) aber nach einigem hin und her hat es geklappt

המקום היה נקי, צוות העובדים מסבירי פנים.

המקום היה נקי ,אך לצערנו רמת האירוח הייתה נמוכה מאוד ,והוא הרגיש יותר כמו הוסטל פשוט ומיושן מאשר בית מלון. החדר היה קטן, הריהוט והציוד היו ישנים מאוד, והקירות בצבע כהה יצרו אווירה קודרת. לא היה מזגן או מאוורר ולחימום קיבלנו תנור חשמלי.
המקלחת הייתה זעירה וצפופה מאוד, עד כדי קושי ממשי לנוע בתוכה. המים זרמו בטפטוף בלבד והויסות בין המים החמים לקרים היה בעייתי מאוד.
בנוסף האיליה לקומה שלישית עם מזוודות במדרגות צרות הייתה קשה והמסדרון היה צר כל כך עד ששני אנשים לא יכלו לעבור בו בנוחות.
אנחנו מעריכים את העובדה שהמקום היה נקי החשוב לנו להזהיר מטיילים אחרים שלא יצפו לתנאים של בית מלון רגיל. מי שמחפש חדר נוח מתקנים מודרנים ומקלחת תקינה עלול להתאכזב מאוד. מומלץ לקרוא את הביקורת הזו לפני ביצוע ההזמנה כדי להגיע עם ציפיות מתאימות.

Das Bett war für uns zu weich.
Die Kopfkissen zu flockig
Balkon wurde mit dem Nachbarzimmer geteilt, hier hätten wir uns Privatsphäre mit einer Trennscheibe gewünscht .
