Überragendes Frühstück, Unterkunft hervorragend gelegen (nur zwei Minuten bis zum Marktplatz, dennoch absolut ruhige Gegend), schöner großer Park gehört mit zum Schlosshotel, zuvorkommendes, freundliches, um Erfüllung der Wünsche der Gäste bemühtes Personal

nur Teil der Fernsehsender funktionierte, Matraze viel zu weich, kleinere Wartungsmängel im Bad, Extragebühr fürs Parken

In diesem Schloss ist man als Gast König!
Pros:

Sehr nette Besitzer und sehr sehr nettes Personal die alles möglich gemacht haben, damit man einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt hat. Das Frühstück war wundervoll und auf individuelle Wünsche perfekt abgestimmt. Ruhig, zentrale Lage, tolle Parkanlage, tolle Entspannungsangebote, sehr sauber.

Gute Lage, aber etwas eingeschränkter Service.
Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, nur 5 Minuten zum Zentrum und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Parken ist auf dem Gelände unkompliziert, kostst aber 5 € am Tag.
Die Schlossanlage macht einen tollen altertümlichen Eindruck und die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die meisten Zimmer befinden sich in der 3.oberen Etage und sind nur über eine Treppe (ohne Fahrstuhl) zu erreichen, was für ältere oder behinderte Menschen ein erhebliches Problem darstellen kann, insbesondere was den Gepäcktransport betrifft.
Beim Frühstück kann man nur bedingt auf ein Buffett zurückgreifen. Am Tag vorher muss man einen Zettel mit Wünschen für die Anzahl von Brot, Brötchen, Wurst, Käse usw. ausfüllen, was dann am Tag darauf bereitgestellt wird. Begründet wird dies mit dem sparsamen Umgang mit Lebensmitteln. Dies kann man bestimmt auch anders lösen.

Leider ist die Hotelbar nicht besetzt, auch war es dort den ganzen Tag über dunkel.
Wenn man etwas trinken möchte, muss man erst eine Nummer wählen und auf Personal warten.
Dafür ist die Minibar immer befüllt.

Pros:

Ein wunderschön restauriertes Schloss inmitten eines großen gepflegten Gartens. Sehr ruhige Lage obwohl es nur ein paar Gehminuten vom schönen Marktplatz entfernt ist.
Die Besitzer und das gesamte Personal waren sehr freudlich und hilfsbereit. Bei schönem Wetter kann man im Freien frühstücken.Frühstück war gut und für jeden etwas dabei.
Die Zimmer waren sehr schön mobliert und alles sehr sauber.
