Best stay I’ve had in Japan. Highly recommended
Pros:

Excellent position, close to Kawasaki Station. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. TV in room can monitor washing machines in the laundry room, so you know when there are empty machines and when your laundry is done. Plenty of nearby shopping locations.

We always stay at this hotel when We travel to Japan. Clean room, clean facility, nice people, separated bath/toilet, wonderful breakfast buffet, next to many kinds of restaurants and shopping, and close to the station!

・スタッフの皆さま、誰もが親切で有難かったです。
・室内も綺麗、家族旅行で4泊させてもらいましたが…毎日綺麗に清掃や備品も補充していただいて居心地も最高でした。

Es hat alles gut gepasst, ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Bett war groß und bequem, das Zimmer inkl. dem Bad war sauber, das Frühstück war gut, die Lage gut, da gleich am Bahnhof. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das WLAN hätte besser sein können.

要望に対して丁寧に対応してくださった

Cons:

静かに過ごしたかったのでエレベーターから遠い部屋にして欲しかったです。こちらも気がつかず、促されるままお部屋を案内されましたが、エレベーターから近いお部屋は次回から避けたいと思います。それ以外は素晴らしかったです。
