Atendimento excelente, deram-me um upgrade, por sorte, no qual fiquei no melhor tipo de quarto do hotel. Vista excepcional. café da manhã ótimo. lugar muito silencioso.

Cons:

Não forneciam pasta dental e queriam cobrar 20 reais por um kit (as escovas levamos). E cobram pelo estacionamento que fica no subsolo do hotel, o que não faz sentido.

Fica logo após o centro de Gramado, o que é uma vantagem, tamanha a confusão e trânsito da cidade. Belíssima vista. Quartos modernos e confortáveis, com cafeteira, microondas, é ótimo chuveiro. Funcionários muito solícitos. Ótimo var da manhã. Recomendo muito.
