Pros:

Зупиняюся не перший раз. Місцерозташування ідеальне, можна лишити валізу, студії комфортні.

Cons:

Довго вагалася писати відгук, але вирішила написати чесно. Я бронювала студію, але залишився лише люкс із окремою спальнею. У вітальні батарея працювала нормально, а в спальні була льодяною — фактично як у морозильнику. У кімнаті стояли обігрівачі, але вони працюють тільки від електрики, а світло періодично вимикали. У результаті мені довелося спати в одязі, в якому я ходжу на вулицю, під тонкою ковдрою.
Також у номері не було жодних базових речей на випадок відключень світла — ні свічок, ні ліхтарика. На рецепції переді мною вибачилися, але жодного рішення чи альтернативи не запропонували. Через тиждень, коли я знову приїжджала до Києва, обрала вже інші апартаменти.

Pros:

Двір, підʼїзд, поверх - все дуже брудне та занедбане. Старі затерті рушники. Дуже сильний сморід з каналізації і погана звукоізоляція. Не всі розетки працюють. Холодильник і чайник стоять окремо на підлозі. Сам номер гарний по дизайну, велике вікно. Це єдині плюси. Не рекомендую

Номер повністю відповідав фото, було тепло і в цілому комфортно

Cons:

На 2ий день проживання у ванній кімнаті стояв неприємний запах каналізації, також під час заселення помітила пару волосин у раковині
