We do not have 24hr physical reception desk.
We operate with online check in and self check in, therefore: - all our guests are required to complete online check in through the link provided to them by email and accept to use self check in. If you have not completed the online checkin process (complete registration + provide time of arrival and working telephone number) before 16h on your date of arrival, you may be refused access to the building or charged an extra "special attendance fee".
We are a strictly no smoking hotel and will charge EUR250 fine to guests that smoke in the room.
Other grave inappropriate behavior such as peeing on the walls, burning the floor, staining the mattresses with wine etc.. will involve a fine up to EUR300 depending on gravity of the misconduct.
We ask guests to respect other guests and not play loud music after 23h, otherwise customers will be charged a EUR100 fine.
We reserve the right to refuse access to customers who insult our staff or behave in any other aggressive manner. We may also call the police if the situation escalates.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

La ubicación está muy bien, céntrica cerca de todo lo que necesites, la cama bastante cómoda al igual que las almohadas, en general todo muy bien nos gustó y seguramente volveríamos, lo único que recomendaría es revisar el aire acondicionado ya que tenía un sonido raro y para ponerlo en 18 no enfriaba tanto pero de resto todo muy bien
La climatisation, et c’est bien situé.
Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, bagno super tecnologico ( water tipo giapponese, addirittura con telecomando per lo sciacquone ed altre funzioni) , specchio con luci incorporate ed anche bluetooth per ascoltare audio dal telefono. Posizione ottima. Parcheggio convenzionato molto vicino alla struttura ( circa 250 mt)
Manca del tutto una sala per cibo o acqua, ma la strada è uno dei corsi principali di Alicante, a ridosso della Rambla del Mar, quindi si trovi di tutto
Room is like a closed box. Window is looking at the room full of ac outside units and it heats as an owen so opening a window is unconsiderable. Bed is small for 2 people. Without window and small room your only option for breathing fresh air is using an ac.

Only gave a sheet to sleep in, yes it’s summer but there is aircon … so you are either cold with a single sheet or hot. The bottom fitted sheet also didn’t fit the bed and I would constantly come off.
Emplacement parfait à côté de tout, très bien situé.
La chambre 514 était petite. Le lit queen size n'était pas un 160 mais un 140 donc pas ce qui a été vendu. Vue sur cour ... mensonger... la vue était sur un couloir extérieur rempli de clim à tous les étages extrêmement bruyant et chaud, impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer la chambre et la salle de bain. La nuit une lumière extérieure clignotait environ toutes les 5 minutes. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain. Obligée de réclamer du papier toilettes. Accueil assez antipathique à l'exception d'une ou deux personnes. Ménage très sommaire.

Habitación y baño muy pequeños, con escasa iluminación y ventilación. Anticuado, no se corresponde con las imágenes que se muestran en la web, al menos la habitación 201, es anticuada y la distribución del baño pésima, colocando el WC haciendo tope al abrir la puerta.
