Important information:

We do not have 24hr physical reception desk.
We operate with online check in and self check in, therefore: - all our guests are required to complete online check in through the link provided to them by email and accept to use self check in. If you have not completed the online checkin process (complete registration + provide time of arrival and working telephone number) before 16h on your date of arrival, you may be refused access to the building or charged an extra "special attendance fee".
We are a strictly no smoking hotel and will charge EUR250 fine to guests that smoke in the room.
Other grave inappropriate behavior such as peeing on the walls, burning the floor, staining the mattresses with wine etc.. will involve a fine up to EUR300 depending on gravity of the misconduct.
We ask guests to respect other guests and not play loud music after 23h, otherwise customers will be charged a EUR100 fine.
We reserve the right to refuse access to customers who insult our staff or behave in any other aggressive manner. We may also call the police if the situation escalates.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Koszos volt nagyon
Pros:

Jó volt a szállás elhelyezkedése. Miután többször jeleztük a problémánkat próbáltak kompenzálni minket. A recepciós hölgy miután komolyan vette a problémánkat utánna kedves volt.

Cons:

Nagyon koszos volt. Használt szappan volt a zuhanyzóban. Félig tele vizes üveget találtunk a földön. A falak penészesek és koszosak voltak. Több helyen meg volt repedve vagy le volt esve a festék. A klíma volt a legrosszabb állapotban az teljesen penészes volt.Egy darab törölközőt kaptunk csak. Több helyen találtunk szőrszállat,szempillákat vagy hajcsomót. Miután ezeket jeleztük elsőnek nem vettek minket komolyan, próbáltak lerázni.Utánna próbáltak kompenzálni minket, és másnap jött takarító nő is, de sajnos több helyen maradt kosz és a penész az ugyan úgy ott maradt attól még. Másik szobát nem ajánlottak fel. (Sajnos csak 4 képet lehet ide csatolni de ennél sokkal több van amin látszik a kosz,penész, és a falon lévő repedezések)

Pros:

The reception staff were happy and helpful. Good customer service is very important and they had it.

Cons:

Could I suggest reviewing the location signage by making it more prominent? It was quite difficult to find and you don't want to walk by two or three times with luggage as we did.

Very happy with our stay at the hotel
Pros:

Location was excellent, everything we needed was within walking distance. The room was satisfactory for our needs, the beds were comfortable, the room was cleaned daily and the towels changed regularly.

Cons:

Lack of a public space where groups of people (there were 24 of us in our party) could meet to discuss what was going to happen during the day. Maybe the hotel could introduce a system where they team up with a local cafe/restaurant to offer a breakfast deal to residents.

Location!!!, staff so helpful and nice, luggage storage, really comfy bed and bedding, nice coffee and biscuits. Late checkout: 12

Cons:

Aircon, couldn't cool down to requested temperature: 25°in the room, cooled down to 23, I wanted 21 as room was small and not too much fresh air. Working in long intervals.
TV, lost patience to set it. Gave up on watching. Entrance to the hotel is well hidden😆

Siamo stati comunque bene, e la posizione ed il buon riposo hanno fatto la differenza.
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, ma lontano dai rumori del traffico. Letto comodissimo e lenzuola molto morbide. Possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio il giorno della partenza senza pagare nessun extra. Asciugacapelli molto moderno ed efficiente. Camera pulita e spaziosa a sufficienza.

Cons:

Mancava una presa elettrica sul comodino dove dormivo io, c'era solo lato mio marito. Mancava un'anta all'armadio. La luce sulla mensola a sinistra della porta di entrata non si sa dove si accende. Il bollitore non dovrebbe avere calcare all'interno, andrebbe pulito con aceto ad ogni soggiorno. Lo specchio in bagno non era in wi-fi. C'era la vasca da bagno che raramente si utilizzerebbe, ma si può facilmente scivolare se si usa come doccia. In bagno non c'è ricambio di aria, mancando una finestra occorre un aspiratore. Il phon era ottimo, ma si potrebbero avere a disposizione anche altri pezzi da applicare come il diffusore base. Non dovrebbe essere consentito parlare alle 15 al telefono in viva voce dove si affaccia la stanza, ossia all'interno del palazzo nel nostro caso. Mio marito non ha potuto riposare il pomeriggio del nostro arrivo.
