Чудове місце!
Pros:

Розташування дуже зручне, близько автобусна зупинка. Я їхала відвідали посольство США, тому хто теж буде їхати туди, рекомендую для проживання. Поруч є великий торговий центр, де можна купити всі необхідні продукти.
Ми приїхали дуже рано о 06:00. Не могла зрозуміти де шукати ключі, в результаті подзвонила до власниці, які була зі мною весь час на зв’язку за що я дуже вдячна. Вона була супер приємна в спілкуванні і допомогла мені знайти все, що я шукала. Наприклад фен))

The apartment was clean

Cons:

The apartment is advertised as superb, and I booked it as a luxury apartment. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to this description.
I was not aware that this was essentially an Airbnb-style apartment. Upon arrival, the code for the key lockbox provided via Booking.com did not work. I tried to call the host, but he did not answer nor called back. Only by chance did some neighbors arrive, who fortunately had another phone number and were able to reach the owner, who then provided a new code. This situation was very frustrating—especially given that the area itself is not particularly attractive, it was extremely cold in winter, and access to the apartment did not work as communicated.
After entering the apartment, I was immediately met with a very strong, cheap, artificial perfume smell, similar to car air fresheners. I had to remove all the scent sticks and place them on the balcony before the apartment was bearable.
The beds are rather hard. Although there was an attempt to decorate the apartment nicely, the result does not fully succeed and does not match a “luxury” standard.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and unfortunately the price–performance ratio is negative.

Cons:

Manque huile sel poivre et beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine pour faire correctement un repas.
Avec IKEA à 5min, c’est inconcevable !!!

Pros:

Very nice place, modern and clean in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious and definitely worth it, I will return here for sure and highly recommend it.
