Perfekte Lage, angenehmer Ausstattung und freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Das Hotel wirkt von außen nicht sehr spektakulär, hat aber sehr schön gestaltete Zimmer. Da aktuell hinter dem Hotel eine große Baustelle ist, empfiehlt sich ein Zimmer mit Blick zur Straße zu nehmen. Die Lage ist perfekt als Ausgangspunkt zum Tianmen Mountain. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen in Ordnung, und für abends gibt es in direkter Umgebung mehrere kleine Restaurants.

La habitación es muy amplia y comoda. El baño y ducha amplios y limpios.
Super cerca del teleférico, se puede ir andando, para ir a la puerta del cielo.

Cons:

El dasuno occidental es escaso. Hay pan de molde y café.... El desayuno oriental más completo

Pros:

Отель в непосредственной близости от станции канатной дороги. Рядом много кафе. Поразила в номере техника на гране фонтастики) даже не буду рассказывать, сами приедете и увидите! А еще в коридоре ездит робот, развозит заказанную еду. В общем все понравилось и постель мягкая белоснежная . Все отлично. Рекомендую.

Location and room were great.

Cons:

People in smoking rooms left their doors open at night, and so the smoke was in the hallways and we could smell it in our non-smoking room which was unacceptable. Also, we were leaving early (6.30am) to visit the forest park. We were advised by reception that the restaurant only serves breakfast from 7am. When I asked to have my breakfast fee refunded they refused. Instead they gave me a container of rock melon, a cup of milk and some bread. And the restaurant was open at 6.20am when we left our room. Unacceptable, and no refund offered.

Great location! Great staff!
Pros:

In such an awesome location, right next to the cable car up to Tianmen mountain. A really large room, with great amenities. The late check out was a bonus too. The staff were incredibly helpful & very lovely. Really enjoyed our stay here. Wish we had stayed here longer.
