Een kamer in een weinig levendige buurt, weinig uitnodigende host wat betreft de gemeenschappelijke

Schone badkamer
Één lekker restaurant op wandelafstand.

Cons:

We dachten gebruik te mogen maken van ruimtes die gemeenschappelijk waren voor ons en eventueel andere huurders.
We lazen vooraf: keuken, zithoek, streaming,...
De host stelde zich niet echt gastvrij op wat betreft de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes.
We verbleven letterlijk in een kamer bij iemand thuis...
Geen enkel andere gelegenheid om op wandelafstand iets te eten/ drinken.

Kamer en badkamer waren keurig netjes en goed verzorgd

De gezamenlijke ruimte was wat rommelig ( er lag vieze was en vaat) maar wel een welkome aanvulling op het geheel.

Vrij verblijf in goede slaapkamer en opgeruimde badkamer met het geluk gebruik keuken een tuin.
Pros:

De verhuurder ging weg naar een feest en we mochten de keuken gebruiken. We waren heel moe van het werk dus een salade maken en een wijntje er bij met stokbrood en achter in de tuin gezeten. Prima. Er heerst een zeer vrije atmosfeer die de eigenaar uitstraalt.

Cons:

Kamer gelegen aan straatkant. Het was een dorpsfeest met volgende dag tractorentocht. Vandaar drukker dan normaal.... D
