Pros:

The lay out of our apartment fits our needs. There were three of us and the 3 sections inside the apartment gave each of us some privacy. We loved the serenity in the early morning and in the evening of the court yard at the back accessible from our kitchen.
The location is also very good. Everywhere is within walking distance. Our 5 night stay was a very good experience.

Cons:

It would be nice if there was a dish washer in the kitchen and some bowls are provided.

The host, Sergio, very kindly extended me a late checkout. Location was very handy for everything. The accommodation was very spacious and beautiful.

Die lage zur altstadt war zu fuss nur ca. 10 min.
Nette vermieter....

Cons:

es war etwas laut vom verkehr, Die strasse war gleich neben dem schlafzimmer- auf gleicher höhe.
Das fenster etwas zu offnen, ging wegen des verkehrslärm schlecht.

Très bonne adresse à Lecce
Pros:

Appartement lumineux refait à neuf avec goût.
Calme, très confortable, bonne literie.
Très bien placé pour accéder au centre de Lecce.
Parking (penser à réserver).
Réactivité de notre hôte qui parle français pour répondre à nos demandes.

Palazzo Ricciardi residence is a fabulous place to stay in Lecce
Pros:

The position was excellent and we were able to walk all around the old town of Lecce without needing the car.
Sergio was very helpful and friendly and the apartment was immaculate and beautiful. There is also a lovely restaurant next door owned by his niece with delicious local dishes.

A great apartment from which to explore Lecce.
Pros:

The apartment is in a beautifully renovated building. Chester, the host was lovely. The facilities were exceptional.

Un palazzo familial magnifiquement rénové et très agréable
Pros:

L’accueil chaleureux de Césare.
La beauté, le confort, la propreté et décoration raffinée des lieux.
Chambres spacieuses (appartement no 7) et très bien aménagées. La literie est exceptionnelle !
Salles de bain modernes, lumineuses et très fonctionnelles.
Cuisine tres bien équipée. (petit bémol, la poêle Téflon très usagée)
La terrasse sur un beau jardin au calme.
Légèrement excentré, l’emplacement est néanmoins parfait si on est motorisé - parking sécurisé

Cons:

Boulevard très passant d’un côté
L’air conditionné - très efficace - mais pas très aisé à maîtriser.

À recommander : emplacement, accueil et parking
Pros:

Le palazzo Ricciardi est idéalement situé à 15 minutes du centre historique dans un quartier résidentiel et commerçant. Très agréable accueil en français de Sergio. Ce dernier nous a donné plein de conseils pour visiter Lecce et le Salento de manière optimale. L’appartement était très spacieux et élégamment décoré. Tout pour passer un séjour agréable.

Cons:

Un lave-vaisselle ne serait pas de trop dans un si bel appartement. De même, un toaster.
Très peu de gel douche, mais ce n’est pas grand chose.

Delightful stay in a historic building that captured the real essence of Lecce.
Pros:

The host, Cesare was very welcoming.
Lovely authentic Apulian restaurant located next door, run by his family.
The rooms were fabulous, spacious tastefully decorated in a modern style but sympathetic to the architecture of the magnificent historical building.

Cons:

Nothing. Parking can be a bit tricky, but we managed to book one of the few private spaces available and managed to park outside on the street too.

Pros:

Struttura nuovissima, pulita e comodissima. Perfetta per famiglia con bimbi. A 10 minuti dal centro storico ed a pochi passi dalla stazione. Ottimo il parcheggio interno con il vantaggio della presenza di una stazione di ricarica per chi ha auto elettrica (come me). Cesare è stato poi cordialissimo. Consiglio vivamente la struttura dove ritorneremo sicuramente con la mia famiglia per una eventuale altra visita della splendida Lecce!

Apartamento con grandes dimensiones en un “palazzino” bellisimamente restaurado con sobriedad y elegancia.
Muy cómodo para salir de la ciudad con auto, cerca del centro y de las rutas.

Espacios super amplios y cómodos, ubicación perfecta
Pros:

Ubicación ideal, nos quedamos en 2 deptos entre 7 amigas y fue la mejor decisión. Sergio el host muy amable, nos trataron perfecto, espacios comodos y amplios, el edificio esta en excelente estado, sin duda volveríamos a elegirlo!!
