Not stayed in this hotel due to my booking cancelled by the property.
Pros:

I didn’t stay in this hotel as my booking was cancelled without information. I am very disappointed with booking.com as you have no idea what’s is happening & kept my booking confirmed. I had to look for another hotel after reaching to Prayagraj. Moreover, the number provided by booking.com as property contact was not answered. Extremely bad experience.

Quite a wonderful stay
Pros:

Location was superab and the hotel staff was more than friendly and we enjoyed our trip the most with their support and hospitality. Having old people in our family, their support was quite an advantage during our stay

Be cautious, very cautious
Pros:

They changed it to different property saying some electricity problem. In new property lift was not working. Then they asked to move to third property which was very badly maintained. Walls had black moss with dampness, everything was full of dirt and cobwebs, nothing near what was originally opted.

Pros:

I made the reservation in advance and it was confirmed. When I arrived at the address indicated in the reservation, the hotel did not exist. It was another hotel in the area, and the two people who worked there did not speak English.
One of them called a person who did speak English and he said that there was no reservation in my name and that they would not give me the hotel address. Completely absurd.

best budget fabhotel family hotel
Pros:

As this is new hotel the facilities and ambiance was really good .got best of the price. Room was big and quality of food was good with reasonable price

they tried to cheat , tried to give me servant quater type room , had a verbal fight with them , even i was about to call police , they were neither returning the money nor giving the room they ahowed after super heated arguments he gave me the room i in actual booked , they are like you booked through fab hotels not through us so we will give the most disgusting room available, not good behaviour for such a decent property they want to over charge to give the room that they have shown in pics of fab hotels.
