Wonderful stay in the mountains
Pros:

The place was better than expected. Great location for the Olympics - just a ten minute walk to the shuttle bus to get to the biathlon stadium. A short walk to the little town nearby with nice restaurants and small shops. Incredible views! The place was clean with the modern renovation and felt new, but authentic. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped (fridge, sink, dishwasher, several plates and cups). I appreciated an electric tea kettle with complimentary tea. The bathroom was spacious and warm, no issues with hot water. The beds in the bedroom were comfy, and our 7 year-old son enjoyed sleeping on the folding bed in the living room.
We never saw any staff, but did not have issues with check-in and check-out - we received clear instructions on WhatsApp the day of the arrival and got keys from the lock box ourselves. We had an issue with a Wi-Fi password though, but hotel staff got back to us quickly on the chat and helped. The underground garage was handy, since it was very snowy.

Cons:

Where was some trash left in the trash bin in the kitchen.

Katastrophe!
Cons:

Reserviert und verrechnet wurde ein anderes Appartment, als jenes welches zur Verfügung stand. Wir wurden in ein Zimmer im Keller einquartiert in dem sich nur ein Stahl- Bett mitten in der Küche befand, ansonsten gab es überhaupt keine Einrichtung.
Nachdem wir diese Missstände angesprochen haben, wurde uns versichert, dass wir einen Teil des Preises rückerstatten bekommen. Dies ist aber nach über einem Monat noch immer nicht passiert!

Cons:

Molto bella la struttura in legno ma allo stesso tempo non ben levigato quindi schegge dovunque anche sul pavimento.. scala perché scivolati. Non c'è moka ma macchina caffè senza cialde e non ti dicono prima di provvedere. Molto piccola zona cucina divano letto visto che appartamento destinato a 5 persone e un bambino piccolo. Nessun seggiolino o letto per il bambino anche se comunicato e pagato per 5 persone e un bambino di 1 anno. Problemi con antincendio che partiva da altri appartamenti e bloccava tutti. Nessuna presenza di personale

Excellent apartment in wonderful location with helpful staff
Pros:

One of the best places I have ever stayed. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped, and toasty warm (we were there in depths of snowy winter). The location was wonderful. We had spectacular views up and down the valley. It was a short walk into the village (which has a supermarket and restaurant etc), and close but not too close to the main road, so we could get the bus down the valley. The staff were very helpful - there were too few knives in the kitchen drawer when we arrived, and the staff responded within 20mins and provided all that was necessary.

Zimmer war benutzt vor unserer Ankunft,
Türe war offen und da Stand eine leere Flasche Bier. Also absolut inakzeptabel.
Nach mehreren Anrufen erschien endlich ein Staff der das Zimmer aufräumte! Fotos zeigen Zustand vor unserer Ankunft! Hoher Preis - katostrophale Leistung.

Tranquillità e posizione ottima!
Pros:

Super soddisfatti dell'appartamento! Abbiamo ricevuto tutte le informazioni prima di arrivare ed Alex e Davide sono stati super carinissimi nell'accoglierci e darci tutte le indicazioni utili. Parcheggio interno e al coperto super comodo. Vista super con un panorama splendido! L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort. A noi è piaciuto tantissimo e sicuramente torneremo molto molto volentieri. Consiglio!!!!!!!
ps.: noi abbiamo soggiornato in occasione delle Olimpiadi di Biathlon 2026 e dall'appartamento ci sono i collegamenti diretti con gli Shuttle che portano direttamente all'Arena non molto distanti dall'appartamento.

Müll vom Vorgänger nicht ausgeleert. Keine Kontrolle über die Heizung. Wenn man es im Bad richtig warm haben wollte, dann musste man den service kontaktieren.

Erg tevreden, we zouden zeker terugkeren.
Pros:

Prachtig appartement op een mooie locatie. Goede bedden, en alles was heel erg schoon. De stroom viel uit door het weer maar er was binnen no time iemand van het personeel om ons te helpen.

Cons:

Er is een keuken, pannen en borden met bestek. Maar verder weinig keuken gerei. Geen snijplank, spatel etc. Dat zou het koken nog iets makkelijker maken.

La posizione e la vista. L'appartamento, la possibilità di usufruire di un ascensore e di un garage spazioso.

Cons:

Aggiungerei un forno microonde, un maggior numero di posate a disposizione, un televisore e una lampada o un punto luce accanto ad ogni comodino. Suggerirei anche la necessità di fornire maggiori informazioni all'arrivo riguardo il conferimento dei rifiuti e la presenza di alcuni depliant relativi alle offerte turistiche del territorio.
