Pros:

Der Preis war ansprechend für und Studierende für die Lage und Erreichbarkeit der Ubahn. Auch die Einrichtung war schlicht und modern.

Cons:

Die Betten waren nicht bequem. Von der Strasse hörte man viel, aber mit Oropax gehts. Die Toilette hat gemieft und die Dusche roch nach Chlorputzmittel. Vo aussen her kann man nur einen der beiden Eingänge aufschliessen.

Great for Neukolln
Pros:

The apartment is bigger than in the pictures. Ground floor and you can access it directly from the street which is nice. There is a big kitchen.

Cons:

As its ground floor you can’t really open the shutters

Spacious layout and decent location, but some trouble getting in at first. More Airbnb, not a hotel.
Pros:

The apartment is very spacious and the location is very close to the Main Street in that area. It is also on the ground floor so no stairs needed and the apartment complex is pretty quiet. There is also an entrance onto the street directly, but I seldom used this and if anything made it feel a bit less secure.

Cons:

The door code lock was broken when I arrived so I had to wait for the host to drive over and meet me and let me inside but the host was very nice (from the 5 minutes we spent together). The sink was leaking, and cleaning equipment was left out which may give the impression it wasn't very tidy, but it really wasn't that bad. This place doesn't come with shampoo or body soap so you will have to get those. This really isn't a hotel. It's more like an Airbnb. Would recommend for someone who's looking for a residential flat but since I am typically against Airbnb's and only stay at hotels it wasn't really what I was looking for.
