Buena estancia en este hotel

El personal es muy amable igual que la dueña. El desayuno y comida buen sabor tipo buffet. Excelente ubicación. La alberca limpia y de buen tamaño. Me gustó mucho que estaba el hotel en la playa. Puedes ir caminando a las tiendas y a los restaurantes. Unas toallas ya se deben reemplazar. En general fue buena experiencia.

Not a luxury hotel, but good location great ocean view.
Very disappointed at the two ladies in the breakfast and lunch area not friendly, not polite and found them to be rude with a bad attitude. The young waiter was really nice and helpful unlike the two ladies. We had way too many incidents with the two. Too many to even talk about.

Dining needs some improvement. Ladies seating guests should seat in order as guests arrive to check and not skip guests already waiting to be seated. When picking up plates or food from tables they should ask if guest is done and not just take items without asking first. They need to also keep in mind guests visit for the first time and don't always read every single posting throughout hotel and could be more courteous to guests if a policy is not adhered to.

Love the walkable location and the staff were excellent- if any suggestions would be more help in the omelette station. Would love to come back!

The stay was amazing! Staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The variety in food options were delicious even for the picky eaters in my family, and location is prime. Our view was the best too! We will definitely be back to stay again!

En general todo bien y el agua del mar y de la alberca con temperatura caliente muy agradable.
Solo el desayuno nos pareció un poco medido en las porciones.

Todo excelente, buen servicio, la comida con buen sazón. Lo único a mejorar es la temperatura de la alberca puesto que el agua está caliente, pero es un buen lugar para descansar y desconectarte de la rutina
