Our washer machine was broken, they fixed it within less than an hour.

La ubicación esta excelente, el edificio remodelado y Sara la administradora nos apoyo en todo momento, cosas que necesitamos nos atendia rápido y nos dio soluciones.
Los vecinos del piso, tienen poca educación y respeto para aquellos que ya estabamos dormidos, llegaban al edificio despues de las 12:00 a.m azotando puertas, hablando y riendo fuerte, todo se escuchaba y nos despertaban; tambien fue algo complicado atinarle a la regadera para que saliera agua tibia, o salia muy fria o hirviendo, nunca le pudimos atinar a que saliera el agua como la queriamos 😅

Location. Friendly staff and always available to respond to our messages. Good hot water. Quiet. Good number of electrical outlets.
The apartment floor was not level. It made walking around the unit difficult and uncomfortable. The kitchenware was sparse; Not even a vegetable peeler. We asked for an extra pot, a blender and a bowl for salad.There was no hood fan so we had to open the kitchen/living room windows to air out the area, and then the mosquitoes would get in because there were no screens on the windows. The mattress was too soft and uneven. There was no iron even though it was listed in the description. The communiques through Booking.com were computer generated so responding to them was not an option. The codes to access the building. and the apartment were sent out the day of arrival while we were in transit. Sending 24 hours
prior would have been more accommodating.
Location and size of apartment was very good. Colonia Juarez is a quiet, non-touristy neighbourhood with lots of really excellent restaurants, cafes and shops. So much to see and do. All connected to other neighbourhoods via the Metrobus and Metro.
The staff at the apartment were helpful and kind.
It appeared that there were multiple dogs living in the building and the noise was disruptive and not relaxing.
There was no regular housekeeping in our suite for a 9-night stay–no scheduled towel and bed linen replacement. After 3 days we had to ask for new towels and toilet paper. After 6 nights we took our linens to the laundromat around the corner to wash and dry, ourselves.
The most critical issue pertained to the air quality in our suite. On checking in, we detected dampness and a musty odour in the bathroom. The longer we stayed, the more it affected my husband’s ability to breathe. Sleeping was impossible. We were forced to book another property nearby and vacate the apartment. Very unfortunate.

All the apartments are brand new and have basic but sufficient features. The bed was comfortable and there was always hot water, it was all super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our 1 year old twins. We appreciated the free mineral water located in the hallway. We requested a blender and a hairdryer and they were delivered straight away.
There are plenty of nice options to eat near the house, there was a good big grocery store, and public transportation nearby. But Uber was very cheap and convenient so we mostly used uber.
We had a late evening flight and we were able to pay for a late check out which was great.
The hosts were kind and very friendly and always willing to help. Special thanks to Sara who really cared if we were alright and if we needed anything.
As mentioned by others in order to complete the reservation one needs to pay for extra insurance of 10$/€ or block 350$/€ on a credit card on a separate platform. I’ve stayed in hundreds of different accommodations around the world and this is the first time I encountered something like this. In addition, we had to complete a check in form on a third platform in order to get the codes for entering the building and the apartment.
I wish the hosts have communicated this additional information in advance, so we all avoid frustration.
Also, twice there was a mishap with the reservation. First we were offered an apartment without a washing machine even if one was on the pictures. The hosts sorted this quickly. A few days later we were told we need to change the flat and we were given a bigger place for the inconvenience. We had no choice and agreed but we lost an entire morning to pack (this task is way too difficult with two little babies around). Despite the efforts, the new apartment was not as clean as the first one and we ended up with a big amount of dog hair all over the place and all over the babies who were crawling on the floor. I should have asked for an extra cleaning but I didn’t. After I mentioned about the problem at check out, the host offered me to refund me with the amount we paid for the late check out for the inconvenience of the dog hairs, but I never got the money back.
Otherwise, due to the architecture of the building it is constantly loud and one can hear most neighbors, there is also construction workers going on daily.
The elevator was way too small for us to enter with our double baby stroller (this is the first time we experienced something like this) and we had to park it in a storage room on the ground floor. This was far away from ideal for us because we had to wake up the babies every time we go back home late.
