I really liked this property because it was very modern, clean, and well maintained.
The location was a little inconvenient, but that’s understandable because the island itself is quite challenging to get around. However, it’s worth mentioning that outside the property, the surroundings are very different, with a lot of construction and ongoing development.
Прекрасная вилла , снимали люкс на втором этаже и детям номер с двумя кроватями . Прекрасный бассейн , великолепный вид , добротный и очень интересный номер . Мы выезжали раньше завтрака и нам собрали с собой круассаны , фрукты и яйца вареные , на снорклинг очень зашел этот завтрак . Вернемся сами и всем порекомендуем
La calidad del alojamiento, toda clase de lujo en la habitación. Desayuno muy rico aunque un poco caro.
La piscina es una pasada, ver el atardecer desde ahí es increíble.
Algunos miembros del personal fueron un poco bordes porque no habíamos encargado desayuno el día anterior, ya que no lo sabíamos. Te cobran por la fruta y te ponen muy poca cantidad.
No hay servicio de comidas y cenas y lo más cercano es un restaurante súper caro. Para bajar a cualquier otro restaurante te cobran 200K Rp
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kaliente in Nusa Penida and would definitely recommend it!
We stayed in the penthouse room, which is incredibly spacious and has a beautiful view. It was such a lovely place to wake up in the morning and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The villa is located a little further away from the busiest parts of Nusa Penida, which we actually really appreciated. It feels calm and relaxing, away from the crowds.
The swimming pool was absolutely wonderful and the perfect place to relax after exploring the island. The cushions around the pool could use some replacing, but this was only a minor detail and certainly didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.
Breakfast was delicious and the portions were very generous. I ordered the Dragon Bowl and it was so big I couldn’t even finish it!
For dinner, we can also highly recommend M Bistro, which is only about a two-minute walk from the villa. Very convenient and definitely worth a visit.
The staff were another highlight. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.
One practical tip: if you are travelling from the villa to the harbour to catch a boat, make sure to allow plenty of time. Depending on traffic, the journey can easily take around 45 minutes, so it is better not to plan it too tightly.
We have really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Alles! Topkwaliteit en uitzicht. Het is een magische plek, echt. Idah de manager is een geweldig persoon, haar energie draagt het hele hotel.
Wij zaten in de penthouse, en daar zijn geen woorden voor zo prachtig. 180 graden uitzicht over Bali. In Penida moet je hier ZIJN!

The place is on top of the hill and it is hard to get there. The WiFi is not strong.

INCREDIBLE! Perfect location, right next to the port and the hotel was amazing, cannot say one bad thing about it. The staff were also so helpful and lovely. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Nusa Penida!
We stayed at Villa Kaliente, Nusa Penida, for 3 nights and, at first, everything was fantastic. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking views, a stunning infinity pool, and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay.
Up until checkout, I would have happily given this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
Unfortunately, paying our bill completely changed my opinion. Our bill was Rp 385,000, and we were told there was a 5% card fee. Instead of adding 5%, the staff tried to multiply the bill by 5, increasing the total by almost Rp 1.,800,000. Even after I explained the calculation, I was repeatedly told I was wrong until I showed them on my phone's calculator. Only then did they accept the correct amount.
Whether this was a genuine mistake or an attempt to overcharge us, I can't say, but it left a very bad impression and overshadowed an otherwise wonderful stay.
It's a real shame because we had planned to return next year with our daughters, but after this experience, we won't be back.
My advice: always double-check your bill before paying, especially if you're paying by card.
