The rooms are basic, but provide all necessary modern comforts. This is the type of rooms we prefer, so it served our purpose.
What made our stay great though was all the help and kindness we received from Mr. Sourabh and his staff.
They helped us arrange safaris and transport and helped us appreciate the beauty around Ramtek beyond Pench tiger reserve. It is this great service which already started way before we arrived which made us decide to stay 3 nights instead of the originally planned one night.
The also went above and beyond to help us when my partner became sick due to food consumed elsewhere.
If/when we come back to India in the future, we will definitely consider coming back here!
The mattress was quite hard to our taste. This is of course something greatly affected by personal preferences.
