非常に満足
Pros:

・朝食が美味しかった。朝食はビュッフェスタイルではないが、好きなものを選んで頼むことができるので、食品ロスにも貢献。マンゴーがかなり美味しかった
・夕食に食べたステーキが非常に美味しかった。これはおススメ！
・スタッフの皆さんが非常にフレンドリーで気遣いが有難かった
・若干インターネット（Wi-fi）が弱い気がするが、ポータブルWi-fiを貸してくれたので、問題解決した
・シャワーの湯量、温度、シャワールームも含めて綺麗だった
・ジムも器具が色々置いてあり良かった

Cons:

・泊まった部屋だけかもしれないが、ホテルからの景観は楽しめなかった
・Wi-fiは少し弱めかもしれない

I loved the wash room, bed was so comfortable, I loved the food and your staff are so professional…they were always smiling and that made me feel welcomed…and the gentleman at the reception will be the reason for my come back for holidays…he gave me a good reception…To you Mr. (sorry I didn’t ask of your name) thank you for dropping me at the airport…

Cons:

I preferred the fan to the A/C but I couldn’t do the switch…I feel the fan should get it own remote…also the switch when power goes off is too laud…kindly add DSTV to your channels and a note of your WiFi password should be placed on your table(s) thank you..

Clean, a bit isolated area.

Cons:

Hotel forgot to arrange taxi pick up at airport. It happens but no apology. Breakfast of average quality.
In bathroom the water leaked.

Superb.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and cordial. Had a problem with verifying our payment for our stay but it was sorted out very quickly and we were checked in. Really appreciated their effort. The hotel met our expectations. Superb.

Pros:

The host went with me to get food late at night as the restaurant was closed which was excellent. Really grateful for pickup and droppoff at the airport and allowing me to print my files.

Cons:

The restaurant should not have been closed, as it was mentioned it closed at 10:30pm and I was there before. Wifi stopped working over night, but mifi was working again in morning.

Pros:

Hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful. Location is good , very close the city center and airport.
Room was good and clean.

Not worth the money!

The location is great close to everything and all the major spots were 30 min max in a uber. A

Well I have to be honest this place does not look like the pictures. I fell for it and I’m so annoyed someone didn’t just tell me. It’s outdated and need a refurb asap. Even the carpet looks so old. The breakfast is the same everyday no variation at all. The pool is functional but so basic not like the pictures at all. There is no lift, no rooftop tennis court or rooftop anything, the BAR DOES NOT SELL ALCOHOL at all. We were a group of 5 ladies all in our 30/ 40s coming to celebrate Ghana in Dec and we wish we stayed at embassy gardens or anywhere modern. I was here for 11 nights and never
experienced warm water always cold for showers. One day we had no water at all for 3 hours. Couldn’t even flush the toilet. The cleaners tried to scam me and charge me 70dollars charge for laundry for 9 items of clothing that didn’t even cost that much. This was rectified but I hate when I’m being cheated. I would never stay here again it’s so outdated and need improvements.

The staff are friendly, the hotels safe, they are fine with visitors and clean the room good.

Another thing for 2 weeks they only had coke, Fanta, sprite, apple and watermelon juice and half the menu for food they did not have. Also they did not even pick me up from the airport despite me arranging this ahead of time.

Excellent Hotel with Excellent Customer Care Services
Pros:

The hotel's name is ZIMANSKY and it is actually an acroynm...it stands for Zealous, Irresistible, Magnificient, Ambitious, Noble hearted, Sympathetic, Kilig & Year -long. I was very fascinated with this name and what fascinated me more was how all the hotel staff were behaving & acting the zimansky way and providing very friendly & excellent customer care services 👏👏

Cons:

The hotel driver coming to pick up guests from the airport should always carry a sign post of the hotel name so that the guests can quickly identify the person for safety reasons to assure them that they are being picked up by the right person.
