La dirección es incorrecta, imposible encontrarlo, llame y nadie respondió, les escribí y nadie respondió, 2 hrs buscando y preguntando y nadie sabia nada. Tuve que buscar otro hotel en ese momento y encontré uno a 1 cuadra de la estación del tren.
The Hotel is CLOSED! They took my money, confirm my reservarion and when I arrive there it was closed for more than 2 months, look on Google. And booking won't believe me. It's a fraude.

Its near to the bus station. Good staff and approachable. The breakfast was amazing as well
The room was not good. Toilet not clean and not even enough toilet roll in it. We had to ask for it. Damage with the door. Difficult to communicate to staff as they didnt knew english.

Convenient location right next to the bus station, a few minutes walking from the train station and fast food right underneath the building.
I had a few issues: the sletted base of the bed was a mess and I couldn't fix it myself. Also part of the pillow cover was wet. was then offered a different room (well done) with 2 single beds. One of the two mattresses seemed to have reach the end of its life, the other mattrass was nice.
Good location but needs maintenance. Otherwise minor issues were dealt with immediately by very helpful staff.
We went there for one night only. The staff was really friendly when we got there, and even got our room cleaned up early for an early check in. Room was tidy and clean, not the most beautiful but worked just fine

The hotel windows are bad and old and exposed to huge noise and sun. The curtains are old and do not block the light. They are not the size of a window, but rather small. The bed is torn. I do not wish to repeat the experience in such hotels.
Spacious room. Good wifi. Plenty of hot water for shower. Air con very effective. Well used and undergoing improvements. Long established and nice staff. Great breakfast. Also turkish bath available. Our second visit.
Spacious rooms. Balcony. Delicious breakfast spread. Plate of fruit brought to the room which was a nice surprise. Light and far reaching views. On a busy road but good double glazing. Near shops & restaurants. Parking spaces right by entrance. Perfect location for our needs - very near the train station and bus station. Well worn in parts but is undergoing renovations. The bonus was the spa/turkish bath on the premises which was well worth a visit. Fabulous value for money - we will be staying again.
