Pros:

Quiet mostly. Location, everything just in the next street. Trikes at the end of the lane.

Pros:

All units are clean and well-maintained. Bathroom and toilets are tidy. The place has a good connection and free WIFI and free parking area amenities.The house owner is very accommodating during my stay.
This place is so nice that we'll definitely come back and recommend it to my friends who are planning to visit San Carlos City, Pangasinan!
