Don’t waste your time with this motel!
Pros:

I got to the property after seeing rooms available online and nobody was helpful in reserving a room. I called the number and a man answered saying he was on the property, but no manager was available. Every motel in the area was fully booked, but this place only had 1 car in the lot and nobody available to book rooms. I felt like everything about this place was a scam. I left and went to a different motel down the street with one room left thankfully. Don’t recommend this motel to anybody.

Cons:

Couldn’t get ahold of an anybody in-person to help me reserve my room. I talked to a manager who said he was there, but never showed up and it felt like a scam.

Dirty, unsafe, unhelpful staff. Do not stay here.
Pros:

Location was convenient. Near my work site.

Cons:

Unsafe and dirty. They gave me the code to a room that was occupied. Walked in on someone watching porn. The room other room they gave me was dirty, was worried someone was staying there and would walk in on me in the the night, felt unsafe so i left and slept in my car.

Won't use bookig again
Pros:

I ordered a 1st floor room with adjacent parking. Both my wife and I are handicapped. We got a 2nd story room with parking 50 yes away. When we complained they agreed to a 1st floor room for an extra $36. We did not stay, very unhappy with hotel and bookings.

Pros:

Room was dirty. We had to chase about a dozen moths out of the room. Bad odor which gave me a headache. May have been some chemical. Not Good. Never go there again.

The room was clean and manager was very attentive

Cons:

The room was out dated, bathroom was awful, there is no cable tv like is advertised, it is not in a good neoghborhood and it was overpriced for what it was.

We had a comfortable and peaceful night’s sleep at the Maverick and would stay here again.
Pros:

The motel was clean and comfortable and super quiet. We felt it was reasonably priced and a good value.

Cons:

Communication to book was a little slow, though that could have been due to using cell phones en route instead of booking ahead. I would have preferred they answered the phone instead of texting.

Efficient place to clean up and get some sleep after being on the road or in the woods.

No one was there when we arrived. Said they were open til 10pm. Got a message next day saying we could access the room. Fighting for our money back.

Great stay
Pros:

Very clean & nice. Retro .
Commutation was difficult. No one on site. You could call. No information on turning on AC. Manager had to call the owner.

Cons:

Have someone there to give the room number. I had entry code for the keypad which was very nice.
On site person that has knowledge of the rooms.
