A lovely old- style hotel. Good if you are driving - a big walk from the station
Pros:

Very quiet location. Beautiful gardens and common space. My room was quite old fashioned, but comfortable.

Cons:

A fair distance from the station, but Google maps took me on an interesting walk to get there. I didn't have breakfast included and there were no shops around the hotel.

豪華なホテル
Pros:

格式あるホテルで、古いながらも清潔で、スタッフの方々の対応も素晴らしかったです。
朝食は素敵な中庭を見ながらいただき、鯉が泳ぐ池の周りを散歩出来て日常の疲れが取れました。

I honestly hope this property can turn itself around.
Pros:

I asked for a menu but didn't get one. A salad did come and I left.

Cons:

This hotel needs a wholesale renovation. The garden it's known for is in need of help. The furniture in the rooms is more than dated. The food is ok but nothing to write home about.

Pros:

ホテルの雰囲気が落ち着いていてリラックスできた。家内が車いすを使用したが、スタッフの方がとても親切に手を貸してくださり感謝の気持ちでいっぱいでした。家に帰りましたら、腰の圧迫骨折が判明、道理で家内の動きが悪かった。痛いというと即座に旅行中止と私が言うので、言えなかった。それほど楽しみにしていた旅行だったということでした。雲仙原城遺跡には感動致しました。懐かしい久留米での一泊、ありがとうございました。

Cons:

夕食が、高くてももう少し凝ったコースを選べばよかった。パサついた料理だったような印象が残っています。

Pros:

All the staffs were very friendly and polite and welcoming. My son loved the garden ( was spectacular)and he wanted to go for a walk to there many times while we were staying there .

Pros:

庭園がとても良く手入れされており綺麗です。朝食後に歩きましたが癒されました。スタッフの方達の対応もとても良かったです。

Cons:

強いて言えばユニットバスが古い作りで気になりました。
朝食が3000円にしては少し不満足な内容でした。
