満足
Pros:

ホテルの雰囲気が落ち着いていてリラックスできた。家内が車いすを使用したが、スタッフの方がとても親切に手を貸してくださり感謝の気持ちでいっぱいでした。家に帰りましたら、腰の圧迫骨折が判明、道理で家内の動きが悪かった。痛いというと即座に旅行中止と私が言うので、言えなかった。それほど楽しみにしていた旅行だったということでした。雲仙原城遺跡には感動致しました。懐かしい久留米での一泊、ありがとうございました。

Cons:

夕食が、高くてももう少し凝ったコースを選べばよかった。パサついた料理だったような印象が残っています。

All the staffs were very friendly and polite and welcoming. My son loved the garden ( was spectacular)and he wanted to go for a walk to there many times while we were staying there .

Pros:

庭園がとても良く手入れされており綺麗です。朝食後に歩きましたが癒されました。スタッフの方達の対応もとても良かったです。

Cons:

強いて言えばユニットバスが古い作りで気になりました。
朝食が3000円にしては少し不満足な内容でした。

もう少し高級感を期待していた割に、設備等が古かった。スタンダードだから仕方ないですが。
