Pros:

Best breakfast ever. buffalo and plain creme, savoury pastries, breads, jams, spiced butter... good wine.
Very nicely planned estate overall, but pretentious, overpriced, unfinished in every detail, and -there's a difference between "eco" and "neglected" garden and vineyard. Serious, even repulsive looking security at the entrance, and then a 20 m hole in the fence of the "guarded resort" some 50m away is a good overall paradigm of the place.

A magical place that feels like paradise — I didn’t want to leave.
Pros:

The location is absolutely stunning surrounded by nature and breathtaking views. The design and atmosphere of the place are incredibly beautiful. Everything was clean, stylish, and well maintained. The level of service was outstanding, and every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Pros:

This place is located in an amazingly beautiful place, right in the middle of a 50-hectare vineyard, with the mountains in the background.

It is a quite unusual as you leave your car at the gates (easily accessible from the main road btw) and they take you on a golf cart first to the reception and then to your room. It is like an artificial village that resembles an old Georgian settlement. It might look fake (think Vegas fake), but it is still really cute and welcoming.

They have a small wine museum and do wine tastings.

The rooms are clean and spacious, there are plenty of options. We stayed on the top floor of the “Noble” house. It has two amazing balconies.

In general, the place can be great even for big companies or families. There is a lot of space.

Cons:

The space looks like it has a lot of potential. But just an observation, it feels additional staff training may be required. Don’t get me wrong the junior staff are doing their absolute best, but everything is a bit rushed and often requires some guidance from a more senior management.

Beautiful property, disappointing room
Pros:

The room was clean, and the bed itself (while small) was comfortable, for one person.
Towels were large and soft.
Breakfast was fantastic, a definite highlight.
The restaurant was nice and dinner was good.

Cons:

The "Queen" room had a tiny bed, maybe a double size max, not suitable for two people. The duvet was also single-sized, leaving us cold and struggling to share. We slept terribly. And only two pillows were provided (at this price, four would be expected).
Poor room layout: No bedside tables so everything was on the floor, inconvenient electrical outlets, and no blackout curtains (woke up at 5am from daylight).
Bathroom had no shelves or table, so toiletries were on the floor. No toilet paper holder, and actually no roll was provided until asked.
The shower was completely open with no glass or curtain, soaking the entire bathroom floor.
Almost no phone service, and Wi-Fi was unreliable.
The window faced a barn, not the beautiful mountain view shown online.

Customer Service - When I raised these issues with the manager, I had hoped for accountability or at least a commitment to address the problems for future guests. Instead, he became defensive and suggested I should have booked "a nicer room" which is a particularly frustrating response since the property doesn't actually have any rooms with queen or king beds, only twin beds that can be pushed together, which is why I booked the queen room in the first place. While I appreciated the small goodwill gesture he offered, it couldn't compensate for the fundamental misrepresentation or the frustrations of our stay.

Critical Feedback:
PHOTOS NEEDED: Had I seen actual room photos, I never would have booked. I've urged them to add proper photos to prevent future guest disappointment.
PRICE ≠ QUALITY: At these rates, basic expectations like proper bed sizes, linen sizes, and bedside tables should be guaranteed. The room felt unfinished, to say the least.

While I take some responsibility for booking a room without photos (only one view picture was available, and sadly I forgot to take my own to share), at this price point I expected at least basic standards would be met.

Pros:

Cons:

საკვები რესტორანში არის ძალიან გემრიელი ,თუმცა ფასები ვფიქრობ რომ მაღალია.

An Unforgettable Stay at Anapea’s Village – A True Gem of Georgian Hospitality
Pros:

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anapea’s Village, and I can confidently say it was one of the warmest and most memorable experiences we’ve ever had. We stayed in the beautifully restored Aznauri’s House, a charming blend of tradition and comfort that perfectly captures the spirit of Georgian heritage.

We chose Anapea as the place to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect decision. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a peaceful and authentic atmosphere surrounded by nature and warm hospitality.

The staff was incredibly attentive and kind, making us feel truly at home. But what made our stay truly unforgettable was Marika, the chef. Marika is not only an exceptional cook but also a genuinely thoughtful and interesting woman. She prepared the most delicious lunches and dinners, all made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, which made every dish unique and full of soul.

Without saying anything, she quietly learned that it was my husband’s birthday and surprised us with a cake and a candle. That simple but heartfelt gesture made our celebration so special.

We also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast – fresh, tasty, and served with the same care and attention as every other meal.

Another highlight of Anapea’s Village is its beautiful concept, inspired by the 19th century. Every corner is thoughtfully designed with authentic antique details, creating an atmosphere that feels timeless and magical. The interior and overall design show great respect for Georgian history and aesthetics, making the entire experience even more special.

A heartfelt thank you to Marika and the entire Anapea’s team for such a meaningful and joyful stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, authentic Georgian hospitality, and food made with heart – Anapea’s Village is the place to be. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
