Egy szép múltú helyen levô hotel
Pros:

Festôi helyen levô városka, történelmi múlttal, mûködô kénes forrással. A hotel modern, tiszta, jó welnessel. A személyzet kifogástalan, kedves. A reggeli és a vacsora finom volt. Az étterem egy szép parkra néz. Parkolás ingyenes.

Cons:

A szoba kilátás zero volt, mivel háztetôkre nézett, kávéfôzô ill. vízforraló nem volt.

Hotel Bernarda is in an exceptional location, in the picturesque, history-rich town of Varaždinske Toplice, whose identity is deeply connected with its thermal waters.
What impressed us immediately was how seamlessly the hotel has been incorporated into the local architecture. It does not feel disruptive or out of place at all. On the contrary, every detail suggests that it was planned and built with enormous care, respect, and love for the area.
The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally comfortable. The beds are among the most comfortable we have experienced, and the interior design is warm, elegant, and inviting—we particularly loved the choice of textiles. Everything, from the smallest details in the room and bathroom to the hotel as a whole, feels solid, carefully selected, and built to last.
The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
If we could suggest one improvement, it would be to bring more of the local character into the breakfast and food selection. Homemade štrukli and traditional palačinke, for example, would be a wonderful addition, together with more locally inspired dishes.
A beautiful hotel with a strong sense of place—thoughtfully designed, extremely comfortable, and clearly created with genuine affection for Varaždinske Toplice.

Cons:

Szállásfoglaláskor megadtam, hogy három, 8 év alatti gyermekkel érkezünk. Ennek ellenére a wellness részleget sajnos nem tudtuk használni, mivel a házirend szerint 12 év alatti gyermekek számára nem látogatható.

Ez az információ ugyan szerepelt a foglalás során, de véleményem szerint nem volt kellően hangsúlyosan feltüntetve. Úgy gondolom, hogy ha valaki a foglaláskor megadja, hogy kisgyermekekkel érkezik, akkor vagy ne jelenjen meg számára ez a szállás a találatok között, vagy a korlátozást sokkal feltűnőbben kellene jelezni.

Sajnos emiatt számunkra csalódást okozott a tartózkodás, hiszen kifejezetten olyan szállást kerestünk, ahol a gyerekekkel együtt használhatjuk a wellness részleget. Ezért összességében negatív élményként maradt meg bennünk ez a szempont.
